Why does ISlamic, Naxalite and other fundementalism starts. it all starts because of the non tolerant attitude of a handful of crazy fools who call themselves as RSS,VHP and their big foolish daddy BJP.
Just think about it,If there was no Babri Masjid demolition there would have been no communal riots. If there was no caste system practiced by the fundemental hindus there would have been no uneuality and no naxalism would have been given rise.
It is very important that we first wipe out these dark stains(VHP and RSS) from our Motherland and then see how automatically this terrorism and naxalism will end in minutes.
When you read this message...also bear in mind who Mr. Kanchan Gupta (or his friend Mr. Swapan Dasgupta) actually is. He is a former journalist turned RSS ideologue. While putting in his mask as a common commentator , he wants us to believe all the Goebbelsian rubbish RSS dishes out against their enemies.
I wonder who is the greater enemy within...Naxals or RSS? I thing both..with RSS being a little more vile.
Kanchan Gupta is no Zorro wearing a mask. He is a plain and simple Sangh "pracharak" , spreading lies & false claims.
Is rediff being funded by RSS people nowadays. Since so many of them are writing constantly after the BJPs election routs...it gives me food for thought. Some say RSS is also getting money from Israel's Mossad. Thats why Kanchan wrote that article against Yasser Arrafat, the other day.
Come clean Kanchan...."Garv se bolo main RSS huin!!!" Why hide behind a journalistic facade???

These Naxalites are treated with kid gloves by the media - often referred to as "misguided youth/idealists."
These criminals are simply enemies of the State - they seek to destroy the Indian State. Worse, they are only playing characters scripted in alien lands decades ago.
VS Naipaul has adequately exposed these movements in his most recent novel, Magic Seeds.
I think its high time people like Kanchan should go and attend 'professional' journalism courses (becoming a columnist is still a long way)... Kindly remember that while consistency is good, it makes no sense in journalism to write the same stuff every time you get the pen or the keyboard.. And kindly stop doing journalism for your bread and butter alone...
It won't be a bad idea for rediff to find a better right wing writer for this column and for Kanchan to read the EPW (Economic and Political Weekly) to learn essential column skills... Please do not start writing till the time you are able to intellectually contribute to the cause (it does not matter which side you take), other than just repeating what KPS Gills of the world have to say...

It is really sad to see state governments providing great previlages and becoming yes misiters to what ever the naxalites are saying. I belive that the government has to just get rid of them and break their backbone, which Telugu Desam government in AP has done. The present government in AP is weak and their policies and efforts are sure to fail. In the process it is only the various naxalite organizations that will benifit and re-unite and grow as a strong force.
Nexals represent downtrodden section of India. If you go and see the conditions of land less labors in Ap or MP, who are tortured by land lords then you will realize they are only fighting for their rights.
