'natak' of the naxals
by Dr.Durgaprasad on Nov 26, 2004 11:23 AM

Dear Sir,
The naxals claim that they are fighting for social justice, land reforms in favor of the downtrodden and the poor. But in reality they exploit the gullible village dwellers to push their own agenda that is greed for power and hunger for violence.they claim that they are the real patriots while they join hands with anti indian elements.Marxism and Leninism has failed miserably the world over and India can not afford be an experiment to a failed ideology. The government should not make peace with the people who cant tolerate the idea of developed India. They should be met with full force.

naxals-the weeds in the garden named democracy.

Naxals are not only active in the above said states but have spread their tentacles to Karnataka also, where they dont have a case to fight at all. they are arming the tribals here but dont have the local support.they are just forcing themselves in.this can be seen as a motive to extend their influence from Andhra where off late they have been subjected to some severe police onslaught[before the talks were announced].they dont have any right whatsoever to take up arms "for the people" in a democracy, and in a peaceful state like Karnataka where people would rather solve their problems[how much ever serious] through talks they dont have any place.their attitude uncovers their hippocracy.Naxals be off my state,U dont have any place here.

You have hit the nail on its head. The present government leaning heavily on the support of the leftists cannot control this menace.

The Red corridor will only get strengthened.

I hope the Kerensky experiment is not repeated in India. The socalled left liberals are responsible for this mess.

Naxals, India's enemy within

If what this article is true than it is very grave situation. Maoists doesn't only pose any threat to Indian security forces but also to its existence. It is the grave negligence on the part of politicians and intellecutals that these problem is getting worse day by day. English media is concentrating great deal of energy and resources in covering Gujarat riots that claims lives of 800 people in gujarat 2 years back. They have failed to address the issue of Naxals in India. It is a more imminent threat to the fabric of Indian society. English media basically works for money and fabrication of news is one of its biggest virtue. They need to concentrate on real problems of naxalism than concetrate on riots. No matter how bad the situation had gone in Gujarat, 20 security men have never been killed by any group. Killing of security men shows the roots of violence in states like UP, Bihar, WB, AP and MP.

naxals are a major menace to be rooted out as soon as possible. they remind me of the combodian kaume rouge regime which left mass graves and distruction to its people. rajashekar reddy is playing with the fire and creating a force that is a threat to our social fabric and india as whole. what they say is impossible to achieve. what they say is imperfect and unrealistic. one cannot achieve social equality with gun power and fear.
that's terrorism.OH GOD SAVE US ALL before its too late.
