Yes, its high time a sensible government takes the dire initiative to amend the constitution to rightfully elect cabinet from among people who are either IAS or MBAs from premium institutes or teaching community of premiere national institutes. In fact cabinet should and must comprise of such people and hence elections tickets should be given only to those meeting these parameters.

it is important to be a true leader of people
by abdul rahim on May 23, 2004 06:58 PM

Dear readers, I would like to say my views on the educational background of the PM candidate.
well , a min education is fine , but what matters is the urge, the PM should have to lead his country to prosperity.
What I mean to say is that formal education or the tech intelligence is not complete without ur emotional intelligence that is , the feeling of the poor and needy and the extraordinary desire to see ur country on the top of the country.I agree with others that a min educational background is important , however that is not the only qualification a leader of the country should possess , right, thanks .

Education need not be a bar ,Life itself teaches us more then mere degrees and degree constraint would take away the opportunity from underpriviledged
