I Have been one of the strong supporters of BJP. On this particular Issue i think they are making rediculous,controversial,statement by Questioning the Indianness of Rahul and Priyanka. With Sonia Gandhi it was another Issue, But i think there is no right for any indian to Question about them... ,
This is a very Bad political statement,It would not gain BJP but will help in boosting the Sympathy towards Priyanka and Rahul.
BJP Sangh Parivar's Promod Mahajan is Promod Manoranjan- he is joker in NDA's Premier shoe-shine boys AB Vajpayee and LK Advni. He has no sense of his own; it is these two court-jesters firing from Mr.Manoranjans shoulder.
Now that the ball on the foreign national mother of Rajasthan CM Vijayarajee Scindia has arisen, we can expect a discliamer from double toungued BJP Sangh Parivar.
As earlier I had mentioned it Mr. Promod Mahajan is fit for a job of chaprasi in Municipal Corporation- amazinigly he is entertaining the BJP Sangha Parivar followers.
It is stupid to say they are not Indians.Instead one should target their knowledge about India and intelligence.Both the things viz. Slavery of Nehru dynasty and Mahajan's comments are sickening.
If we extend the logic of parentage to citizenship, the 'wise' BJP leader Mr Mahajan will have a wide variety of human stocks to choose from ,namely Aryan, Dravidian, Turks,Mongol etc and unfortunately none of that is Indian
And to put the whole affair simply, if education is made a criteria for teachers (Mr Mahajan claims to be a teacher), he surely disqualifies.He appears to be just literate and certainly not educated
BJP is scared that they will loose good life having all the facilities from govt if Rahul and Priyanka enter into politics. Mr mahajan always makes funny statement and it is his habit of making ittitating issues, so forget it and people of india will accept they are 100 percent indian and fit to be PM of india.
Pramod mahajan is frustrated .. even sonia gandhi is indian pure indian rememeber The first son of kunthi ,karna was never a panada. instead he was known as a kaurava. we recognize people not coz of birth but coz of work and loyalty that is out great indian culture before starting to demolish the next mosque plzzz go through indian culture and history
I think bjp is affraid of Gandhi family. I believe presently India needs a strong opposition, and congress can revamp itself to do this job. Small parties or brakaway factions shouldn't be allowed to stand in election.
Oh Yes, Mr. Abdulla may have an English mother and so are other people mentioned in the article. But, remember - the issue is of about the highest political post - Prime Minister. It's not about being a Union minister who takes care of a dept. under someone nor about a bigi in Film Industry. For your information - In America, A white (Blacks are not allowed) can be President only when his/her father and grand fathers were American citizens. So Ernold can not be US president by law! Let's discuss American case in to arrive at a un-biased conclusion. Because people favouring Congress will oppose the matter even theough they feel it opposite in heart and People opposing Congress will favour the matter even if they don't have valid argument. Let's not get emotional - it's concerned to future of 1 billion people - for that matter, we should know Priyanka and Rahul (Piyenka and Raul in Italy) are not Indians by birth - as far as I know - how much they are aware of True Indian-ness, how much they are aware of real Indian problems - do they know what are the aspirations of common, poor Indian villegers? Well, as far as I understand, it comes through 'Sanskar'.

WELL Mr.Dinesh "how much they are aware of True Indian-ness, how much they are aware of real Indian problems" well the way you talk even you dont seem to be aware of it all I think u have better information about US than that u have about india u talk more abt america you seem to be pro american rather than indian be an indian talk like an indian and please for gods sake, indan markets are americanised, dont americanise indian politics !!
oh, the author is so right!! so bad, talking ill of nice people born out of love. that too love of white people! really, in the old days such people would not have entered the guest rooms of such elegant people as indira gandhi. (of course neither would the dirty villagers and others too.) that is the problem with democracy, you know. such low-low people like pramod mahajan and villagers have a say in who should rule all of us, so lily-white and dainty foreigners. not to mention the proper ineffectuals like my friend a.roy and s. azmi. terrible, what is the world coming too. the whole country is going to the dogs (and villagers and pramod mahajans). when it would so nice if pretty priyanka and soooooo handsome rahul could be our rulers!!
I hope you have lost your compitativeness and you are showing your age so I would like you to request that you please quit politics as our country is heading to problems due to some people like you ruling our country. We love India and if Rahul & Priyanka are competing the elections you fight and win do not give insane remarks. As per your past record it only shows that you are afraid of losing. I would like Mr. Vajpayee to give Voluntry Retirement to you as you need some special mental surgery.
Hope you read the message of young India, and hope you take VRS as soon as possible and give Young India the chance.
