A Lession to learn!
by NandaKishore Godavarthy on Aug 21, 2004 02:06 AM

Great to know that Babaji goes to parliamnet on Scooter...It's not only the exmaple of his simplicity but the way you look at the people of his constituency, we understand his committment and social responsibilty towards the people...it's highly appreciable and rest of his fellow members should learn a lession or two from him!

There is nothing big in this.

There are lo many MPS in kerala who still travels in the state RTC buses by standing.

Mr PK Vasudevan Nair & NK Premachandran are the best examples.

No where this is termed that the MPs cannot decide about theire mode of conveyances.

The view point of our people needs to be changed.

Keralal is unique in many ways. It is God's own country mostly ruled by Communists who do not believe in a God. Communist Unions have spoiled this State. Most of the Keralites prefer to live in places other than Kerala! But would like to maintain their separate identity wherever they go giving an appearance that they mix up with the locals. People of other States are also not welcomed in Kerala.

We need more of Babajis
by Sumeet Attri on Aug 21, 2004 12:15 AM

Awesome, I salute Babaji and would like to meet him personally and express my feelings for him. If he can, why can't other's. That reminds me of phrase or whatever you may call it that " You should never forget your roots and origin ". I would like all the countrymen to give him a standing ovation. We really do need more of Babajis to guide this country to heights. I have more to say, but not now.

Great going Dr. Babaji
by Sameer on Aug 21, 2004 12:15 AM

Its great to see or rather believe that we do have such politicians today!
Heard of netas like Gandhiji, but its great to know of him and thanks to rediff that we are knowing or else such people are hardly fodder for media , whco go after glitz and glamour....

Lets hope he rises and becomes our prime minister some day!
Let more of people like him become netas.
Yes, he has proved the thing of simple living and high thinking.....
All the best for him....

Kudos to Babaji
by Sunil Ganu on Aug 20, 2004 11:58 PM

Other MPs should learn the greatest quality- lead a simple life and not forgetting what your duty is.

It was refreshing to know about MP from Khajurao. So far media only cover Arjun singh, Mani shankar Aiyer & Laloo's statements. They should learn from babaji. Instead of talking non-sense, do something which touches people's life in your constituency. Babaji's effort to get kidney transparents for people in his constituency is really commendable. It's a clear cut reminder to all politician, Get a life.
