Its great to hear that these services are being phased out.I saw not only children but people around 40 being spoiled by addiction of chat.Some good student also spoil there carrer by spending undue time at chatting waiting for there beloved(virtual) whom they might never meet in there life only wasting there time.

No one know what really the reason is. Microsoft can say some stuff and save its face as long as people belive in such giants.

Commendable that a corporate thinks so much for its customers' well being. WHat is surprising is their continuing to operate the same in a few countries. WHy? I think this calls into debate the need for web censorship. Its an idea whose time has come.
