closing of msn chat
by khan on Sep 24, 2003 07:18 PM

it is not possible to stop spam or abusive or any other type of inappropriate language or content in any form. there r experts who may find many bottlenecks in any perfect service. so it is not good to close down chat rooms in india.

Another MS coverup for non-profits
by Ajit on Sep 24, 2003 06:05 PM

Ha.ha.ha.

This one is another silly coverups from MS. The way the paedophiles and junk emailers and growing abuse in unsupervised, anonymous chat rooms excuse has been put forward is funny. If thats true then dont the US, UK and other countries where the ops will still continue dont face these issues???? Infact the US is the most likely where you can find the maximum of these cases.

Its pretty simple logic that in the other countries the service is not used so widely. Then why does MS need such excuses? They should simply shut it down on the reason of non-profitability. M$ drop down the cloaks. Be transperent!!!!!
