The justice is still alive in India. In the wave of false hindusm so many people has been killed by the peoples like Dara Singh. The killer doesnt have any religion and no religion tells us to kill the persons of other community.
No RamMandir, nor Babari Masjid will provide us the Food to eat, clothes to ware and safety for life. Think of it and all these Dara Singh has to be hanged till death who will try to split the india on the names of Ram and Rahim.
it was a commendable decision by the court. All of us have seen the images of Dara Singh and his men waving at the crowd in victorious gestures when they were produced to the court. The poor tribals defence lawyer is talking about would have asked for pardon at the first instance instead of posing themselves as matyrs. These folks have burnt a man and his two innocent kids for no reason and now pleading for mercy.... Were they not poor tribals with their families dependent on them when they undertook this act? Should a man not think before he acts?
Another side of the story may be the money pored in. Just because they are tribals, they might not have pored money to buy witnesses. But the rich in India who does afford to buy justice, can they ever be convicted? Salman Khan's case, we know the result now. He will go scott free. The person who witnessed the accident will agree that he is night blind hence made a error of judgement. So will Mr. Tripathi walk free and lay his hands on many other women.
GOOD !!! we need more Judges like Mahendranath Patnaik guiding us to a better nation.such verdicts definately gives one a source of peace and security.
Judiciary seems to be the only pillar left in the country which is holding aloft the ideals of the democracy in the face of growing vested interests which have held democracy almost hostage to their whims and crazy ideas. Media also plays a fair role to put such madness personified to justice.
The verdict is very musch unlike the teachings of christianity yet I guess this was a must so that it teaches a lesson and further prevent any attempt towards such a shameful act.
RE:''Not a christian lesson for such a brutual act''

I think people are confused about the teachings of christ. Forgiveness is what a christian individual must do in such cases just as Mrs. Stains forgave Dara and his associates. But the law of the land should prevail and the culprits must be brought to justice. Mrs. Stains cannot stop the law of the land giving its result on this case, but she can surely do is forgive Dara and his associates for the brutal act. So if people should differentiate between the teaching of christ of forgiveness (to be obeyed by a christian) and the law of the land.
The judge seems to have been terrified that the most Honourable Supreme Court will punish him if he gave any other judgement as is the case with the Best Bakery Case. Unfortunately, these are the judgements that will set the minds of non-extremist Hindus also to think in the same way the so called preachers and saboteours think.
