I would like to just add one more. Many Indian Small Bussinessmen think of short term benefits and never think of returns in the long term. The Customer Satisfaction is something which even the Big Corporations of India ignore and unless they look seriously into it, they can't be big players in the world on their own. Once u buy a product from an Indian company, thats it, u can never find that guy again. He cares the least abt his old customers and he always tries to find new customers. This attitude should change.
