I suppose supporting Genocidal Sinhalese racists is not extremist to you. Sinhalese killing raping looting and ethnically cleansing Tamils from their own ancient lands is not brutal to yo but acts of ahimsa. You precious Rajiv sent a Hindian raping and looting force to kill rape and loot innocent Tamil civilians in the Eelam and paid the price. This is a war crime
john abraham met rajapakse before making movie and there is a doubt that he got funding from him to make this one sided movie.
Some simple facts and chronology which movie is not telling - 1. Tamils are living even before singlahalese. Yet in srilanka as Tamils in Lanka were treated as second class citizens. 2. They did peaceful protests for years then turned towards LTTE. 3. Indira Gandhi helped them to keep control over Lanka. 4. Rajiv Gandhi was the greatest, he sent Indian Army to kill Tamils. 5. Indian Army couldn't finish the mission. But in that process Rajiv Gandhi lost his life. 6. Now Indian govt helped Lanka to wipe out LTTE and in that process thousands of innocents lost their lives.
India could have stopped Lanka in last 40 years at any point of time. India is too big for Lanka. But India watched shamelessly when Tamils were wiped out, rather India helped Lanka.
Now these shameless breed of movie makers, showing that Lanka is right and Tamils were menace in Lanka. India used Srilankan Tamils as toys and never intend to really help them or let them live in a peaceful dignity life.

LTTE killed many tamils. This is a well-known fact. They tolerated no dissent, which smacks of extreme violence and fascism.
There were many other tamil groups but all were crushed and annihilated by LTTE.
As per accord signed by india and sri lanka, lankans assured india that tamils will get regional autonomy.
India only wanted ltte to disarm, as both India and the UN were ready to fight for lankan tamils if sri lankan sinhalese betrayed the accord. In fact many other tamil groups supported the accord , except for ltte.
This is why ipkf was forced to come to lanka.
It also resumed operations after three months only after ltte killed indian soldiers in a provocative attack.

Another Extreme, Chauvinistic Tamil Supporter Distorting History LTTE was wiped out by it's own Violence.
What Sri Lanka did is correct. There is nothing wrong with that. LTTE was bad for Sri Lanka and they fixed the issue. Not sure why indian tamils need to worry these? In Tamil Nadu itself, Lot of tamils are living in Poverty. Not understand why they are not taking care of this issue.
I agree that India did a good job by supporting Sri Lanka.

War crime is something totally different. Its a crime committed by an Army against innocent common men and women. This is not acceptable at any cost and by any standards. That's why international this issue is having an international support (from majority of European Countries and Canada). First of all India does not have any business to go and interfere in other country's internal affairs. (East Pakistan is a different story as the acts of West Pakistan was physically affecting Indian territories). But, this was a clever invitation by Srilankan Government to Indian Government to send its army (so that their soldiers relax and our army jawans gave their life in the process). That's the starting point for everything. Having gone there in an assignment, they should have completed tasks and returned back. Reports also say that there were tortures against women by IPKF. Sitting in India, we do not know what happened on ground. One should have all the facts before writing or talking about something. Overall, the movie is a biased one.

Arming them or crushing them based on their politics. india never intended to really help them or let srilankan tamils live in a peaceful dignity life in their country. Still srilankan tamils consider us our brothers and think india will something to them.
