Rajiv Gandhi sent Indian Army in the name of peace keeping force to kill Tamils and 15,000 tamils were killed by IPKF. what you would call Rajiv? whom he really helped by sending IPKF ?
there is no freedom for artistes to portray any incidents from their own viewpoint. a terrorist/extremist for one is a hero to another. censor board has certified the film for release, what right have fringe groups to stop screening? Better scrap censor board and leave it to locals to decide whether the film is to be screened or not. if these groups do not want they need not see the film. have they seen the film? the control by filmy netas of all politial parties in Tamilnadu has brought this sorry state of affairs. Kamal did wrong in succumbing to blackmail paying Rs.25 lakhs for release of viswaroopam. Vijay of Thaliava fame should have never released the film in Tamilnadu but stuck to neighbouring kerala karnataka and andhra, loss of entrtainmen tax would be for Tamilnadu. We really respect the freedom of expression for all . But the same freedom of expression are denied for movies which are showing poor state of Tamils in Lanka by our CBFC. There are couple of Tamil movies were denied permission like that .Why you people are not raising your voice to allow them to run ?
We all know Rajiv has done blunder to send Indian army to kill tamils in the name of peace keeping force. The cong government wants to hide these facts.

Are you an Indian first or a Tamilian first.. You want to show compassion show it to Indian Tamil not towards a foreigner. I am not supporting what hpnd in Lanka, but how can you criticize your countrymen for foreigners. Where is your patriotism? Now if a Muslim brother criticizes an army action in Kashmir you'll all start calling him names, but you are worse than him. He's commenting on something that has occurred in his country against his community, but u r shouting for incidents that are taking place in another country. First be an Indian then you shd be anythn else. P.S. I am neither Muslim nor a Congress supporter.

If LTTE is not a terror organization then should we call it a NGO ? what a joke..! SriLankan Govt could have handled a situation better but the fact remains that LTTE is/was a ultra-terror group..

If you claim, LTTE as a terror organization then entire freedom movement conducted by Netaji through INA has to be considered as a terror organization
British Indian Govt is the cause for the Srilankan issue, they united the southern and northern territory ruled by different powers by forming central Govt like India but failed to provide separate powers like States in India at the time of giving freedom which allowed majority to suppress the minority
Airing comments without having fundamental knowledge on the issue make no sense, I am not justifying any of LTTE misdeeds here
