If this man says IPKF killed 20,000 Tamils ask him how many were killed by the Tamil Tigers?

In reality no persons were killed by IPKLF. In fact LTTE had killed all their fellow fighters and that too in streets of Chennai

No. IPKF was involved in combat with one hand tied behind its back. Hence it suffered a lot of casualties. LTTE was a ruthless terror outfit which not only killed in Lanka but in Tamil Nadu as well.

IPKF involved in many abuses. They went to keep peace, instead they killed people, google the web for keywords atrocities, you will find about it.

Every war has casualties... If you brand LTTE's as terrorist... The worlds biggest nation and super power which killed millions in Japan is also a terrorist...

LTTe Portrayal in
by mahuya Chakraverti Thakur on Aug 19, 2013 05:04 PM  | Hide replies

Really Ridiculous to read that. Why were they even trying to curve a separate state there when they don't even are a part of that country... It is a Buddhist country and has to be that way with their different culture, tradition and their way of living. Why should we even think about diluting their identity? Is Tamil Nadu as a state and India as a country not enough for this race...?

Don't talk nonsense without even knowing about the basics of the issue. Don't jump into comment just like that. Read up.

They had no business to declare Buddhism the state religion in 1963. From independence in 1948 to 1963, there was no state religion. Street hooliganism by Buddhist monks in 1960s led to govt caving in even though only 70% are Buddhist with balance 30% hindu, muslim and Christian. Northern and eastern srilanka have been a tamil homeland with no sinhla presence for over 2500 years. India has to assert herself and ensure at least 13th amendment autonomy.

So would you agree if India with 70% Hindus declare as a Hindu country? You speak without knowing the ground problem.
