Simple and different acting styles. Director has tried to make it different.

This film get negative reviews. I am sure.

People will love to see fillms shot in forighn location.. are they ashamed to show India as as location? Why they are after herione like Katrina. She don't even have an indian look.

south india movie
by india bol on Oct 13, 2012 06:27 AM  | Hide replies

lately i have been watching a lot of south-indian (specially telugu) dubbed movies. i am a north-indian living in north-india so i am not aware of those actor's stardom; for me they are just actors and not superstar or something like that. so i am nowhere biased and blinded by their stardom while watching their movies and can judge the movie on quality of script, acting, plot.
i must say these movies are far better entertainer (and to some extend these movies have message too specially related to family values) than bollywood movies.
these movies are completely paisa vasool, super acting, well directed, good casting. if we want to see side-by-side compare of quality then look at rowdy rathor (bollywood - akshay kumar) which is remake of pratighat (telugu - i don't know actor's name) and you would see fine difference.
bollywood movies are seriously lacking the quality now a days.

Dude, Rowdy Rathore is a Hindi remake of a Telugu film (Vikramarkudu).

So what is your point here? If anything this fact alone strengthens the point made by the original poster, India bol.

redif 1 star means good movie
by alex on Oct 13, 2012 01:09 AM

no more logic..proven formula...rediff 1 star means its defenitely good movie . Actually bollywood producers need to pay redif to give 1 star before movie release.

You mean people in south are not as 'refined' as people in UP, Rajsthan, Haryana, MP etc? Thats right, there is no 'khaap panchyat' system in the south, so you will feel wierd. If you go to KErala for example, you will not find children working in hotels and tea shops, and people being civil and not answering nature's call on the open streets. Well people in the South may not be walking around in designer three piece suits like people in UP, Bihar, haryana, MP etc do. People in Kerala may not always travel in AC cars on super highways like people in the NOrth do.

Whenever I travel to the North I am amazed how similar it is to Holland, Germany, New Zealand!

I am sure that UNDP was lying when they wrote in the Global Human Development report that, "Over 350 million people living in eight mainly Hindi speaking states of North India, live in worse levels of poverty, illiteracy and backwardness than all the people living in Sub Saharan Africa'.

Well, worse than the most backward part of planet earth? North India? Wow! But, no most north Indians will boast about how great they are. No wonder you people have khaap panchayats. You deserve nothing better, you Mayawati statue worshippers.

See Vamanpuram Bus Route, hariharan pilla happy aanu, Casanovva (awesome), Bhagavan, Kurukshetra/Kandhara (for hese performances he got the rank of Lt Colonel from the Indian Army), Paradesi (he acted without makeup in that), Achanenne aanu enikku ishtam (Guest but fantastic), Onnaman , China Town (his best comic performance) . Or check his classic movies : Jeevathe Jeevan (as a boxer superb like Rocky), Inniyum Kurukshetram (wonderful action), Shobaraj (the orginal version of DON), Nirnayam (Fugtive was copied from this)

Why one star I find? An actor should not take just good script and act( SRI_DEVI). That is not within professional quality. Rani acted well and there are different shade in her acting. Rani has taken the film on her shoulder, sometime her innocence sparks a lot. It is bad to give a woman one star , forget the scipt, even without a good script, the comedy is strong on Rani's part. I do not know how Aiyaa got no mark.
