Shame on Karan Johar for remaking a B grade loud masala 'Agneepath' now with a more classy actor like Hrithik....Even the National Award Jury Chairman of that year Ashok Kumar (our own Dada Moni) regretted giving the national award to Amitabh for this film....the babus & the politicians put so much pressure on dada moni to give the award to amitabh.....even amitabh might not have anticipated a national award for this film........this is how an average flick like agneepath can be made into a cult classic with the support of media & also using the fact that people forget things 20 years down the line......

The Jury chairman of the year Ashok Kumar (Dada Moni) regretted giving Amitabh the national award, that for a loud film like Agneepath...those days politicians used to decide whom to give national award...shame on you karan johar....to remake an already B grade film now & trying to give a cult status to the previous one......

Totally agreed, national award is the most biased award. True that Dadamoni regretted it terribly. It really was unbearable.

Thanks to your kind appreciation !!!! Agneepath was not the best film of the year, it got the best actor only.

Great Man 50 times..!!! can you please give me a link of the review by any of the critic? Chee the words like "lungi uta thi disco sikathi" and the shameless usage of Tamil ascent added to the misery of this already hopeless script.
