The above review unfairly overstates the boring aspect of this movie, Priyanka Chopra has done a fair job if not a great job. Other characters like Irfan's really played the brute part well. And what does the author mean by saying everyone are buffons in the movie, such a prejudiced statement. And what of Neil Nitin Mukesh moustach falling off? Are you teasing some college mate of yours, that's such a silly and prejudiced statement! You would have thrown more light if you discussed exactly why in your opinion his acting was bad. I must say overall this review given by Raja Sen is totally one side, like the movie has been watched a pink colored glass.
Great movie, great direction but lousy editing.Agree that the linear structure was too simplistic for a vishal bhardwaj movie but I feel he is paying price for high expectations
It's good to be innovative. But it is end result that matters. no doubt Vishal has attempted a new story but execution failed from his end. I don't see there was great scope for PC for acting. We have been witnessing phaltoo movie trends in bollywood. And people are wasting their money on such crap movies. It's better multiplex owners show old movies (like hum dono is shown now a days) in thei multiplexes sothat young generation can watch the movies and understand what movie is.

I agree with you on the point that 'overhyped'. Most actors like Imran hasmi, imran khan, sonakshi sinha, abhishek bacchan are overhyped by the production houses and news channels as u rightly said because of money.
