You are right, as he does not fit into the film directors in india, we will see him great, otherwise if compared to the directors across globe he is normal

old is gold, when other hero's in india not even achieve's 30% what that oldman attract's at this age,stop writing nonsense
I was stunned by the movies like Indian and Muthalvan. Even though I have to admit that his films have necessary masala elements for pulling the crowd. The sequence TV interviewer firing questions to Cheif Minister in Mudhalvan cannot be imagined in the real life at that time (late 90s), but nowadays it is all happening daily.
Also I admire Shankar as a producer more than a director just because his production house brought so many young directors with new subjects.

Yeah. I like his Productions more than his Directions. But both are great in opposite ways!

As Director - High budget - good profit, As Producer - Low budget - High profit.
