Rahman has put this together in a hurry. It sounds very repetitive...does not have a freshness to it. Thank you Malhotra for putting your foot down and not being swayed by Rahman's reputation. Now if you could display the same balls in prosecuting Kalmadi, that would be cool.

His mother was muslim before marraige to his father and convrted to hindu as Kasturi..and as soon as his father died her mother convrted AR Rehaman and herself back to muslim....shame ... shame

to hell with oscar awards.....the oscar award given to him was bcoz of a vry gud film made by a foreigner.rehman's music has alwys been of the avg level.
This song doesn't qualify to be the CWG title. It doesnt inspire you, it doesnt even make you want to hear it any further after the first 10 seconds. Any event songs does the magic in the first 10-30 seconds, be it Ricky Martins La cop de la vida or Chumbawamba's Tubthumping or Lets get loud by JLo.
This track sound more like a silly "inspirational" track from a badly edited bollywood film.
why only muslim not hindu. congess is useless. A r rahman given 6 crore and srk givne 10 crore. this wat congess is giving money to muslim artist for their vote bank.
i think vishal shekhar and akshay are better than ar rahman and srk

yes buddy akshay takes 20 crore for movies if you are not aware and vishal shekhar are chors 90% of their songa are stolen from unkonwn western musicians ..you can find original work on net though. Stop nonsense thinking.
