Hello Ram, 3 Idiots a mediocre HINDI film made to cater the Hindi Speaking audience...
In Bollywood Mediocrity is the approved standard, anything above average would be considered exceptional..and Bollywood fans does not know the value of excellence and soulful cinema...
I am not saying Robot is the greatest attempt since 9th Symphony but Bollywood they are not eligbile to talk about good cinemas because they simply cannot understand it..
Robot is an entertaining movie, it has flaws like any other movie but still heads and shoulders about the pseudo intellectual drivels from Aamir Khan...

Yes i accept,it is utter non-sense to compare Endhiran with 3idiots, said by the above idiot.Coz 3idiots cant come closure to Endhiran.ENDHIRAN IS A EVEREST.Only fools will comment like Mr.Ram bharat and hope he is too.He is very jealous on Rajinikanth's star value than anyother,tamil films are rocking and CSK's good performance.Plz change ur attitude.Rajinikanth is a star da.......SUPER STAR :-)
Robot (Hindi) could not make much impact at the box office as it grossed around 7 crore nett in its opening weekend.
The film did better on Saturday and Sunday but the big jump in collections was not there. The collections were mainly from Mumbai circuit (3.25 crore nett) and CPCI (1 crore nett). The North remained very dull.
The shows of Endhiran (Tamil) were much better be it Mumbai, Delhi or Gurgaon but it was a very limited release.
Overall Robot (Hindi) has not done well especially if we look at the release which was pretty wide. It will have to depend on the weekdays and second weekend if it is to put up a decent final total.

Robot(Hindi) is the third and least expected version of Endhiran!! The same lies with collections in North India..
BTW, The movie is rocking in South India and overseas!!!

Only amongst Tamil viewers, very limited appeal. Robot (Hindi) is also a flop overseas

Surely fine dude.. Robot HIndi is the third version apart from Tamil(More than 70%) and Other south indian languages(25%).. Hindi Robot will have only 5% expectation on the results, if not lesser..
I am really not surprised if this movie with aged actors can stay on par with much hyped and super succesful hot pair's movie in Bollywood.. And, with coming weeks, it is surely going to go up with the flop of AA..

this idiot watched krissh vthout any problem. he had no problem vth transformer 2(not a good movie). Now he is barking for robot and enthiran. same mumbai idiot will watch ra one vthout any problem. They have no issue in om shanti om and dabangg. they say they r gr8 movies.puh........
Endhiran,Robot, is a fine example of how Indian Cinema has gone to the next level of entertainment!!
Its is stupendous, and the real star is Shankar, for his guts in showcasing Sc9-Fi with typical Indian masala formula.Hats off to him!!
Actually the real star is the technology,post-production that has become a forte of Tamil Cinema and above all its Rajni,magic which makes the movie an absolute entertainer!!!
First half of the movie is good and interesting. Second half is excellent especially final 30 minutes of action sequences are mind-blowing. Shankar teams up with Rajnikanth to make this logic-defying entertainer that appeals to every movie lover around. The plus points are Shankar’s story telling, Rajnikanth’s charishma and extremely imaginative special effects/ animatronics. The flipside is that a few number of scenes are logic-less as it is supposed to be science fiction like mosquitoes scene and many songs in second half that breaks the story. Robot is the best special effects film ever made in India and is definitely India’s answer to Hollywood in terms of both special effects and imagination. Go and watch it. My rating is 4/5.

Boss I pity you....in order to give you some solace i would say i love Rajni but I honestly feel that you should respect your father atleast a little more than you respect Rajni as afterall your father was instrumental in giving you life, he also deserves some respect. God bless madrasis like you....you may make Robot producers recover his money but end up creating imbalance in the TN society as Rajni cannot become a father to so many insane madrasis, moreover he himself is not a madrasi....

if u see the collection, anjaana anjaani is collection is dropping and also most didnt like the movie. if u see robot, collection increased and more steady. ull see more for the movie. it will come up.endhiran has limited release also. so wait and see. it will come up

Q. Is it true that Endhiran will gross more than Three Idiots in India and be biggest grosser in India?
A. No, the gross business will be well short of Three Idiots. In the South a lot is hearsay as collections from actual theatres are not seen. Endhiran is expected to generate a 70-100 crore distributor share, the range is big as everything is vague, some may add the minimum guarantees from theatres to share while others don't, its hard to say what is correct. Accurate figures in the South will only come when cash calls reduce and we have a big sample of theatre collections. Even if we take the 100 crore share at face value and assume its all been collected from theatres the actual gross is around 140 crore as there is no entertainment tax in Tamil Nadu for films with a Tamil name and most collections are coming from single screens. Three Idiots grossed 270 crore which is nearly double, Dabangg will do 190 crore plus, Ghajini was 155 crore even Gadar way back in 2001 did 130 crore which is not far off Endhiran. Basically Endhiran will be the fourth biggest grosser in India if we take its 100 cr to be correct and if we count all its regional dubbed versions then it may possible challenge Dabangg for second place. Three Idiots gross total is safe by a distance.
