All you fans of Roshans!!! Here is some news for you. Kites has been listed as defaulter 'for failure to make payment of salaries and pension and health contributions to performers' by the SAG. I suppose they couldn't get away with Bollywood attitude in Hollywood.
If you don't believe me got to the Screen Actors Guild website and search for Kites. You will see how Kites is doing India's name 'Roshan'!!
Though Kites is a bad bad movie, but the BO reports accross the territories is out. it is 10th earner in the US at USD 900 million plus mark. So definitly it cant be disasterous opening. I agree the film is horrible but the reports given by rediff is wrong as well.

Kites flops at indian boxoffice due to no good dialogue and much dialogue is in spanish and english, no good direction as it made keeping english audience, no masala added etc, etc, the list will be long.
Yes the much hyped moview of hritik and barbara is released...I just do not understand one simple thing...why is that our producers are after forigen toys??? Barbara is juat ornamental..in the movie...Bollywood is cheating people...just create some controversy before release ,,,so that it becomes news and poor Indian public is the target...it is hightime that this family business in Bollywood must come to an end......

The reason to employ a foreign actress is that it is supposed to be a cross-over film. Yes, they could have selected somebody better, like maybe Drew Barrymore or Jennifer Lopez. It's true that very few have heard of Barbara Mori.

No! Barbara is looking really refreshing; with a sun tanned tough face which is not the quite delicate chic type of an Indian heroine.
Moreover, as the movie progresses her acting abilities blossommed which is good.
More importantly I dont know how many people have noticed, Barbara and also Hrithik looked dazzling even in dusty hair and torn ragtag clothes.
Not many Indian men and women can look that better!
