NDTV yesterday confirms payment of higher amount to signers...they come down Mumbai..Aamir Khan met him in person and paid Rs. 1.5 lac to main singer and Rs. 50k each to chorus.
1100 is obviously too low. But 11 lakhs? For one song? That too newcomers!! Are they kidding? The writers in the industry seldom get paid more than 10 lakhs for the entire film!!

Even Indian Idol winner cannot hope to get paid more than Rs 25000 for a song - that too in beginning of career.

Indian Idol singers are a flash in the pan... ABhishek Sawant (projected as the best singer of Indian Idol) is still struggling .. his career is going nowhere.. unknown folk singers have a betta mastery over music.. thtz why you see them in demand for cheap!
Poor in India are destined to be exploited by rich and influential. All Bollywood stars are business minded, so to preserve the dignity and self-respect of the local musicians, they must donate the sum back to great demi god filmmaker.

BC frm srk g.a.y.fan club is back.. Well just to let u know this movie will be declared a hit after the first friday shows end.once the weekend is complete the movie will be declared super hit and after the 1st week it could well end up as a blockbuster..pls keep in mind the total budget of the movie is 6 crores. BC there is no medicine for jealousy..

BTW this is a not a commercial movies, its just a satire made for the film festivals. He already earned a lot in Ghazini and 3 idiots. and atleast he doesnt say "Pakistan is a great neighbour" for the promotion of movie

y no one questioned tamil film star who had not supported IFFA awards in srilanka , even knowing that Those LTTE killed India PM rajiv gandhi... talking gud thing abt common people of other coutry is not a bad thing... SRK never did anti national thing and had been pride of india ... People out side india knws india then they knw SRK the most ...
