What is an out of shape f-a-t a-s-s like Lal doing portraying an army office?

There was a time in the 80s and 90s when he was the best actor in India, but since 2000 he seems to have forgotten how to act. He is best off doing his c-h-a-d-d-i ads on TV.

Picking up accents is just a ridiculous thing ! Native speakers have a different accent , you consider that speaking like a English person is much more classy than native language speakers ! Thats poor mate .

'Mallu' english (especially the english that comes from tongues not trained from childhood) is heavily accented, true.

But what about the english that comes from other Indian tongues that are not so trained ?

What about the typical literate north Indian's way of saying 'ischool' instead of 'school', his habit of using the term 'ki' instead of 'that' and other very very conspicuous manners of betraying his own heavy accent ??

What the Tamilian's much ridiculed way of using the vowel 'aa' instead of 'au' ? Eg. : the typical literate (but not so refined in english pronounciation) tamilian sounds "There is aail on my baady" instead of "There is oil on my body" !!

What about the equally conspicuous accents of other Indians such as Bengalis, telugus, etc. ??

Case of one blackened pot grinning at another blackened pot ??

Hahahaha, come outside India, all Indian English accents sound the same to foreigners,sh!tty, ugly and annoying.Ever wondered why BPO's have to go thru accent 'make-ver',to cater to the western world. No one understands that accent outside India. Here u go making fun of ur own people with slightly difff. accent,GFU.

Love the ACTOR not the STAR
by kishor kumar on Dec 18, 2010 10:19 PM

Hey, guys just look forward. Are you loving Mohanlal because of his movies relased after 2010? No, surely not! We love him just because of what he did in the 80s and early 90s. He stole our heart with his effortless acting during that time. But what happened to him after? He is now surrounded by a group of people who can command him. If he come out of these circle and started to decide his movies by hisown, then we will get out old MOHANLAL back.

I pay to see legends
by Shreyash Shukla on Dec 18, 2010 07:06 PM

I Dont know whether the movie worth watching or not even i cannot understand Malayalam but to see the legends like Mr.Bacchan and Mr.Mohanlal confronting each other is worth to watch not excluding the youngster ganesh from Tamil Nadu he is a fantatastic actor I only watched Tamil version of Wednesday for Kamala Hassan he did an excellent job too. But for me Naseer sir was still the best because he resembled a common man where as when we see Kamal Sir we associate himself to be a star.
Even the hit movie Saudagar from Subhash Ghai actually had no story but it was all Dilip Kumar and Rajkumar charisma.
