Rafi sahab the greatest
by Aditya on Dec 07, 2010 11:38 PM  | Hide replies

Rafi sahab was the most genuine and nicest person and the greatest singer till date, no one can replace him or match his voice...Kishore was also great and he was also versatile....but rafi sahab has sung all types of songs in all octaves which is something extraordinary.

Do we really need to compare.

We like both and enjoy both their songs..
Each is a genius in his own right.

Someone might like one more than the other...

Do we really need to debate as to who is better???

Kishore himself admitted that rafi could sing a song a hundred ways and he could sing only once. Rafi began his stirling career in 1942 and Kishore only got recognition in 70's. The world knows, every tom, dick and harry knows when it comes to playback singing there is only one name and that is Rafi. Please refrain from making imbecile comments/
