SAW PEEPLI LAST SATURDAY...NOT SO GOOD MOVIE..FIRST HALF IS OK BUT 2ND HALF IS VERYY BORING..FULL OF ABUSIV LINGO USE..SOME PARTS ARE FUNNY...MOVIE DESERVES ONLY 2.5 STARS..(THIS SEEMS LIKE PAID REVIEW)

Second half is multi layered with many symbolism thus making it a movie for film festivals.. Normal peopel are just going n seeing it at superficial level but underneath it there is many layers.. Ask some one from ur closed circle who had liked this film then he/she can make u understand it
It is a fact that SRK & Aamir have an excellent PR agency that grease the palms of media to get good review.Wasting Rs.150 for a documentary is not justified
This is one of the best movies made in indian cinema. Its a unique cinema you like if you watch only in theatres not on pirated dvds. all the actors have perfomed above par and again its a media which is highlighted in the movie than the farmers sucide. Special mention to cinematography and art direction which covers whole village and village people like a dream. we actually feel we are in peepli. take for example the picturisation, the media vans surrounding the small area of village as well as thrown bottles freshups after the media leaves at the end is just explempary. on the whole movie lacks seroiusness of farmers sucide but covers up with so much humour to make it a enjoyable experience to audience
i think this was the most bakwaas movie which amir had done in last five years, director was confused what to do, whether they should concentrate on the issue or the humor, total wastage of money.

according to there was only one classic movie of amir,it was RDB, i watched it many times, but it was not amirs movie, credit goes to director and each and every actor, even there was any other actor in place of amir movie would have a similar success.

The scene were - natha's shit was focused -- does anyone think such things happen or was that pure humor - humor right - that was cheap - and u cannot term this movie as the best movie of the year
Perhaps Amir's worst movie.Reason enough for him not to act in the movie.Probably obliged an upcoming bubbly new friend Anusha. NOT worth a movie,a television short serial whould have fetched more money.
I wont agree Peepli Lie is the best move this year -- I feel Udan was much better - PL is made for audience and has brought the humor that we think in such situation - nothing more - It still is not near to the facts - yes promoted well- I think Swadesh was amuch better movie for rural India

Yes i agree its far away from best movie. if u think u will use loose words in movie to make it popular then u r wrong. audience is very inteeligent. movie looses it charm mid way and gets on a wrong track. it's an highlighted story " sorry but way below expectation!!
