Rahman is one of the best musicians we have in our country. Please understand, what matters is merit and not personal issues viz.,race, caste, religion etc
No islamic country has rejoiced at rehman s getting Oscar! Only indian and that too mostly hindus have praised him and supported him in this award. Can anybody incl., Mr rehman give the reason or reasons behind it! Though answers are obvious but let them come through horses mouth!

ppl in Islamic country thought that rather than wasting time in rejoicing, they better make some bombs and convert some illiterate youth to human bombs!
I bet they would be happy to see a "muslim" win accolades, but they would rather be happy to see a muslim killing some people and go to "heaven".
If we want to know the kernel of any religion we have to look at the tenet of that religion. Islam fervently appose the existence of any other God other then ALLAH. This radical notion of Islam classified Islam as radical and fanatic religion.
The Problem of terrorism in contemporary world is due to primitive and yucky premise of Islam. Indian Muslims always been supportive of this extremist view of Islam. We are at 21 century world have changed dramatically we have democracy and freedom of right to express our thought. On other hand we have country which are islamic in nature which still particle vicious dogma of Islamic value. Where are they in prosperity and success of the world.
Rahman is so oblivious about the essence of islam .He is also ignorant to the fact that islam have made him a tacit extremist.
Below is the quote from Quran for Rahman perusal which will enlighten him to embark a journey away from Islam.
3:151 We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they set up with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and their abode is the fire, and evil is the abode of the unjust.
Allah says of those who reject him. Because, Allah has already sentenced them to death. Will GOD Say that?

The premise of one God, does not make a religion Radical. It's what you do with that belief. Imposing it forcefully on others is what is radical and that's why Islam is different from other peace loving religions that also believe in One God.
Christians believe in one God, but most Christian nations like United States, UK, etc believe in Democracy and tolerance. If the one God wants to do something to the non believers, he is quite capable of doing it himself and doesn't the Radical clerics.

Christians too were very similar to these Islamic barbarians not too long ago. Look at history, most of the EU countries were not democracies supported by the churches till the early 20th centuary.

There is a misconception about islam that the religion is exclusive to muslim in particular where as muslims are only the adherents of islam the fact of the matter is that islam is the sole religion endorsed by the God who created universe for the sole purpose of his rememberence with absolute authority because everything on earth belongs to him and there is no justification in his sight to make god out of a lifeless idol as u people practice in ur religion.I hope this serve as an eye opener to you mr Sandeep to embrace islam and live in peace.

Islam and peace is a misnomer. None of the leading nations in this world are muslim nations inspite of their abundant wealth (petro dollars) and being the second most popular religion in this world.
Instead they are the cause of sorrow and pain to the people of other religions.
