No need to tell about Education system, poverty, new projects in Mumbai, Local train development & Safety in Mumbai, Raising of price of commodities, Industrial development, Indias developement. hai,Thackery is correct. each ethnic having identity that should be respected,like tamil,kannada,they are proud of their identity.go to any of thease states.In movie Chennai never pronounced as Madras,let us respect Maraties and they would do so.consider ourself,we even having an identitiy that we want to be respected.Thackery speaks it become issue.when Karunanihi,mayavadhi,Yeddyurappa talks nothing become issue.thease guys are more regionalistics than Thackerey.

That is because in the South, those people do not violently destroy public property for such silly issues. Kindly get your facts correct. There is a very famous Tamil song called "Madras sitti paaku pore" ( which translates to marathi as Chala, Madras baghu ya)
After all, it is just a movie (that too by Karan Johar, not a movie based out of a true story)
Raj Thackerey does not truly give a damn about this. This is just yet another senseless political stunt to gain votes. Instead of wasting his time, he should be looking at ways to improve the financial/ agricultural and industrial sectors or provide constructive criticism to the state government.

Nobody in down south cares about such silly issues..now the elections are due, so the sena guys are looking to cash in on anything that comees their way...Instead of taking on a harmless wake up sid, Raj should have showed the guts to carp about Kaminey, in which villain the villain had resemblances to Raj Thackeray and his ideologies...But they kept quiet...no need to tell why...fellow guys pls dont waste ur precious time on this subject..thats it..:)

u people will always remain dumb first go and give ur lecture to those people who were proposing hindi should be made official languge in BMC,to those people who forwarded the letter demanding mumbai should be separated from maharashtra(it was no one else other than our very own proud mumbiakar srimati jaya bacchan)and then come if u have guts!
