Rubinas father was looking for an accomdation in bandra str8 from slums....and actually speaking what is danny boyles problem if these pple dont have houses as these kids were taken into the movie as slum dogs....he might as well pay 50k rupees to each of these kids and end the matter...this slum dog thing is spoiling indias character....even congress used them to there benefit and there is nothing wrong....nothing comes free in this world...these kids have learnt emotional blackmail pays in this country.....Rubinas father is acting as if he really cares abt the child....

Giving some help to poor is not a crime, who are doing this? we are seeing amny such families who are living in such a bad condition, but are we doing anything??? if not then we have no right to say anything against anyone who is doing something, you will learn this if you do not have a roof on you....

Mr. NK Shaikh.. Are we waiting for Danny boyle to come and help our brave solders childern? Wat we are doing then? and wat u have done for them? ...nothing.. Altleast he is worried about these children plight when he also knows the character and intention of their parents.. Do something for Army's childern instead of waiting for some danny boyle to come and help them..

Fully agree with that..!! Danny Boyle's more sincere to the kids' plight than Rubina's Dad... anyway you'll find lots of us Indians making fun or criticising a genuine effort. Just watch them vanish when asked to do something for others.. Well done Danny.!! Your visit to Mumbai was not publicised at all before you quietly landed there (atleast we never got to know about it). Amply making it clear you never wanted to gain any mileage at all for what you're doing. Congratulations for the Oscars your movie won & thanks for showing your humane side..

TZ idiot i guess u too must be sme slum dog neighbour of those kids....all i am saying is these people are exploiting the rich.....it sounds exhortation that i wud stay in bandra and no where else...and people who think he should provide them with a house is BS....its his hardearned money and he cud have gone away by paying them 2000 rs for the shoot...but this is extortion when u make someone pay for a new flat in bandra just because the kid acted in his movie..there r hundreds of slumkids shown in movies...does this mean the director/producer shd provide them with housing and crap.....and next time think b4 u talk.... dont be a loser....think b4 u f a r t here...
