I think all Indian Muslims, who are proud of being an Indian should have Indian names instead of Arabic names. People adopt other faith is ok, but I don't understand why do they adopt arabic names.It is not mentioned anywhere in the Kurraan that , every Muzzlim should have an Arabic name.

Hindus & Sikhs who have migrated to UK and US and Mauritous few years back still name thier kids as per religious tradition.
Names are not Arabic, they are as per religion.
US's discrimination towards Muslims is totally biased.
I'm hindu, if some radical Hindus get into terrorism, why should I drop my Hindu Name.
Its not muslims, its pakistan.
All pakistani's should be screened but not all muslims.

Both of you have given very genuine and human thought to all discrimination happening in India and all over. Terrorists dont have religion they are insane.........inhuman........they dont deserve a forgiveness to what they have done to innocent people......Our Indian politicians also have hands in creating religion barriers.

By detaining him for verification, the US Security department did nothing wrong. There may not be anything wrong in Mammootty getting detained in the US; afterall it's their country & they must safeguard it from any infiltration.
But there is definitely something wrong with the mentality of people writing such rubbish posts as the one above and scores below... which smacks of ignorance & contempt.
