It is USA not India!
by bala sreenivasan on May 07, 2009 11:52 AM  | Hide replies

If US has some semblance of being security conscious,we can only envy that nation and not condemn it. They have a different yardstick to gauge terrorism and take appropriate action to protect their country. We can't be applying our secular parameters of treating threats with kid gloves

The Pazhazi Raja of Kerala is the first ruler who declared war aganist British. It is their brave soliders who fought many winning battles for India including Kargil. It is their courage in heart and intelligence that makes them go anywhere in world and reach in all position from pune to CEO,from Nurse to Neurologists, from an ordinary member to an elected senate.Don't envy them and express hatred by writing mail in a dark room.

This mentality only is keeping you guys down. You only sit and critise people who are doing well. Keralites are educated, disciplined, honest and simple. And moreover Kerala is one of the beautiful state of our Wonderful INDIA.

I am sure you have no respect for even yourslef so you will never feel respect for anything else.

See the simplicity of this Super Star. Humility is the crown of great people and even God gives grace to such.

You must be a person having no respect for Keralities but may I tell you, your hatered matters nothing to Kerala because they are not what they are becauze of you. What they are the world knows and respects ? You like to go and see Kerala and its beauty but no liking for beautiful simple people of Kerala.

Com'n my friend change your attitude. Otherwise like Suresh said "YOU WILL BE CALLED A LUNATIC".

WE ARE PROUD TO BE KERALITE WHO LOVES INDIA.

Much ado about nothing

As a nation US has every right to be vigilant against terrorism and take every measure that it deems fit. It is naive on our part to expect the US immigration officials to be nice just because Mamooty has the twin advantage of being an actor and a Muslim! We must remember it is USA and not India

This happens all over the world
by Smart Guru on May 07, 2009 11:38 AM

Have you ever seen the way blacks from Africa are treated at Indian airports? They are all treated as criminals/drug peddlers are treated with no respect. Its the same thing in every country - Indians are (as always) just more sensitive than others, possibly due to insecurity or low self esteem.

India VS USA
by Suresh on May 07, 2009 11:37 AM  | Hide replies

When it happens in US, it is a routine and is a OK issue. If it happens in India, it is a communal issue, call the minorities commission, demand the Aviation Minister’s resignation, demand apology in public through media from the officer, take out a procession, cry out as victimization, involve National Human Rights Commision and constitute an independent enquiry commission. Since this is US, it is an acceptable routine.

Hey man its your illiteracy thats speaking, you are jealous with Keralites, because they are bold enough to go anywere. They can't be held at home, that is the reason nearly 1 person from one home is working abroad irrespective of their education, qualification, Its their will power that they are ready to face the world. But others don't go out of their house - afraid, dont have confidence. Poor fellows ! we keralites fell pity on you Pankaj Sawant. Those who say keep on saying & others keep on doing - So stop talking & start Doing.

Keralities are going abroad because of their long term tradition of trade with Arabs,Portughese and west. They became friendly with all religions and cast.If you go to Kerala,if u will get a lot of friends immediately. That is what everybody says.So keralities are there in America,Africa,Eurpe and Middle east.No race in this Earth have this credit.
