Indian people forget such things very soon... they are ignorant... One should decide for himself/herself that they are not gonna watch his movies in future ... Are people ready to do this? He will be out for few months or couple of years & then come back ... & people will again go for his movies ... Sad but nothing much can be done ... he will escape ...

yea.. but he has screwed himself for good.. escapes or not.. he's not going to live his life peacefully hereafter.. during daytime he'll be hiding away from the crowd and during nights he's going to hear voices.. he's become now a total 'gayela case'

Very brave indeed. However we must stop glamourizing nudity. See some of the ads of deodarants which are soft porn quality - not a voice raised.
In the movie "Life in a Metro" Shiny has intimate scenes with Shilpa Shetty. He looked good for the role of a struggling theatre actor. A person who had restraint with Shilpa, lost control on a servant girl sounds stupid.

Hey man, in movies there are several shots and takes. Even if he had lost control over Shetty(unlikely), the scene would have been cut. So that's not going to defend Ahuja in anyway. Besides the medical report proves that the girl was assaulted. I hope that the girl isn't that influential so as to influence the medical report signed by the authorities.

Maid has planned this very well and taken full advantage of being a girl.When an 18 year old tempts an actor, he won't say no and after that easy blackmailing and showing this consentinal sex as a rape. I pity his wife who was very confident yesterday saying that his husband is innocent.

Ok even if that is true, what kind of person is he to go for a maid forgetting that he is married .. He is not 18 himself, he is much older and should know right from wrong. He lost everything for one stupid mistake...his family, his wife, daughter, his career...his reputation...I was a fan myself, now he has become a zero in my eyes.

Perfect words Anamika, I agree with you. An extramarital affair is one thing, but rape??? I think his wife is just by his side until proven guilty, no woman will stand by a rapist, leave alone a wife!

I think Madhur's case was different..He was accused by his model friend. they had relationship (its different story ...wht kind )..She got mad and accused him of rape...Such cases are very hard to prove, so nothing happened further...
