I have seen many such cases of sexual assaultation wherein all the assaulted victims were maids. My closest friend who's married was accused of sexual assaultation by his 40yr. old servant maid. His wife looks much beautifull that than old maid. Police didn't even file a report, instead, they took money from this guy and gave a share to that lady right in the police station. Many servant maids these days are aware of the fact that law is in favour of women. So they take advantage of it. They dont need to put in any effort to grab money from their masters. Just file a report of sexual harrasment, that's it, police and law supports them. Imagine, a popular film actor like Shiney Ahuja, who is infact doing well in movies, ever requires a servant maid to fulfill his sexual urge? He can easily get any model for that purpose.
This looks like a trap. Not necessarily that gal alone is involved in this.

Come on man, how you compare the 40 yrs old woman to a minor girl. You cannot generalise based on one incident. Also, beuaty need not be a motive all the time. This incident happened when his wife was not at home, just indicates that this guy has taken advantage of her helplessnes

Rape is NOT about sex or looks and the quicker we Indians get the concept that rape is a crime based on power and humiliation, the better we'll be as a society. That said, Shiney Ahuja is innocent until proven absolutely guilty. If he's guilty, punish him to the fullest extent of the law.

The incidence speaks the maid help is of consented party to the incident becoz what made the maid help to reach the home of actor though she was molested in the previous day- certainly actor was made scapegoat for the unholy desires of vested persons to make undue enrichment and sensetisation of news for news sake or for what?

I know more than 50% of our minor girls are being subjected to some kind of sexual molestation at one stage or other in one form or other in their lifetime even by their own ppl they trust as protectors. I dont believe that Shiney would possibly try to have intimacy with a *maid* being in the company of the most beautiful women. Its just a phony trap set by some mastermind to extort money from this guy. Most probably this maid is being used as a bait. Someone else had intercourse with her and this poor guy is being framed. Guys try to be rational... now a days getting a call-girl is so easy in India. Most girls are ready to compromise for fame and money... everyday thousands of girl try to build money and career in lieu of a little fun. I know school girls of reputed institutes are into this flesh industry. We can see thousands of activities which are happening in open daylight... and we Indians try to act too prudish even to accept the reality.
