Some times it happen and particularly for bolliwood as Bollywood want storey and so the real storey is here This will be a future film and will named as Shiney shame .Bolliwwod is lossing on good storey ,scripts now a days and making all rubbish films running only for 2 to 3 days and then vanishes for ever untill some channels show them again .As it is bolliwood has so many dirty stories like couch sting,love affairs between stars but this real life rape will bring lot of film producers to make film on that and I would wellcome any film producers making film on that real storey

Earlier Salaman Khan bastered killed 7 people with reckless driving, broked the laws at Rajasthan and still he can rally in election time, he can potrate himself that he is a nice man. Our Indian films are always potrating film actor as they are good human beings.
Bastered Sanjay Datt who is completely with D company and had dismantle the AK 47. If oridinary people had same crime then he might have another 3 to 4 cases had to face including the handling the AK 47 rifiie. Then creat Moonabhai type film and to become popular in public or get the sympathy of peopel how I am like Gandhi ? Bastered do not have right to take Gandhis name.
the same case now will happen with Mr Ahuja. Now all the filmy people will come together and certify him how good he is. So next time any other filmy peopel makes crime then these bastereds will come together to help each other.

First, there may not have been a consent. Second, as per law, consent is not always taken into account, because sometimes women are compelled to give consent for various reasons.

'Buddhu' dev niyogi, do u mean to say that she agreed to have sex with Shiney and then made a complaint in the Police station.
An 18 year old girl consents to sex to her employer, who is double her age, and then complains at a police station.
And you want to believe that's how it happened?
OK. Even if it did, the least that Shiney will have to endure is a "Sexual harassment" charge as he was in a position to coerce her.
I don't see how 'consent' in this case makes any different. Try and remember when you were 18 year old, you won't have the guts to say no to anything! :-(
Poor girl. This guy should be punished and made an example of.
There is also class bias here: If the servant was 18year old boy, having 'consented' sex with 36 year old housewife and housewife complained, he'd have been lynched before Police came in!!
