What protection does a male wrongly accused of rape have in this country? There is no bail whatsoever, the media and public opinion is against you and there is nothing to prove your innocence, particularly if the sex is consensual!

YES MR. SANJAY JAGDANE thre is no witness or proof in rape cases. U know why? Imagine a situation where a GUY really rapes a women (will he do it when anyone is there? obviously not! so where does the poor women bring a witness from? Secondly every GUY who cannot resist the temptation cused by his raging hormones and rapes a women, causes unfanthomable trauma , destroys her life (makes her a living dead) will claim that 'It was consensual sex' MY FOOT. SO all GUYS better thhink having sex only with ur wifes. AND For ur kind information having forced SEX with ur wife without her consent call also amount to RAPE. So Watch out.
