you dnt dare divide Indians on the basis of region...rapist doesnt belong to any region , he is the one with ill mindset.if u were to divide it into regions than it wud have been better if u or people like thakeray would not have allowed the army to save the Mumbai from terrorists at the Taj hotel.These are the north indians only which helped u , but we r so humble that we never show off until and unless we r compelled to.shahrukh khaan is also a north indian,sent him back too than.wonder why people divide their own people on the basis of region.
He will be successful to take bail by today afternoon. Later he shall bribe the parents of the maid with handsome amount of money and the case with be withdrawn and the now said rape will be scened as mutual understanding with some misunderstanding. Nothing will happen of this country, belive me.

Why not look into the evidences and proof which will prove the accusation to be a worth material. Let the police do her job. Investigation process in such a case will start with a medical check-up(Looking for the trace of sperm, internal damage to the genitals, etc.). Prudent people like us should not make defamatory statements without any proof . Come'n India whats happening.........

I believe Shiney can never do this things and also with his maid. It is nothing but a publicity stunt. Otherwise he would have denied the allegations made against him. Anyway, if he is the culprit then he should b punished otherwise that maid should be punished for the false statement.

Do you have one good reason to explain why do you so blindly believe that the maid is telling the truth? In the past, have there not been cases where females have made frivolous allegations against males for extracting money or whatever?
Any prudent human being will wait and watch. Definitely don't give Shiney a clean chit, but at the same time, it is wrong to conclude that he has committed that crime!

i dont think this kind of publicity will help him.. i mean salman/ sanjay dutt can survive coz they have tremendous producer backing in the industry and also guys like madhur bhandarkar can make movies themselves and survive(not that he is not talented)... obviously shiney having non-industry background will find it difficult

Moumita, the maid is merely 18. It is clear that Shiney has exploited her virginity. I am not saying that girls are always innocent. But India is a country where Rapists roam smiling in the broad daylight and rape victims suffer a life of hell if they cannot commit suicide.

Moumita, TOI website says sexual assault confirmed. While the maid charges him of rape, he says it was consensual.

You're right, Priyanka. But, I am afraid, he'll use his money power to wriggle out of this one. It is also possible that he might buy his way out of it by bribing the victim's family. The people of India should boycott his films and make sure he ends up on the streets.
