rediff.com is such a known news agency..it shouldn't put up controversial statement like dis...there isn't any need to take the name of many superstars who are from north india and are very much involved in bollwood or any of other industries as concerned.....
as far as shiney ahuja's rape case is concerned is a matter of human nature and not from the states he belongs to or caste what so ever.....and if he is guilty of the same then he should be punished accordingly....and the law should treat him as a common man.....
media plays a vital role in our society and they sholud not divate the society in a wrong direction...

Friend, would anybody admit to such an heinous crime? One can't always go by what police and the media claim. I don't even remotely suggest that the actor is innocent, but as we all know that in india the rich invariably gets away, so it is a bit surprising how in this case the maid's version was accepted as gospel. Think about it..

@Amit, how can you condone somebody who is taking advantage of a poor girl?? Are you saying that the girl approached that rascal for physical gratification? No matter how good an actor he is, this was a shameful act. Remember, he is married and has a child. His career is finished. I hope he ends up on the streets and somebody takes advantage of him.

He will be successful to take bail by today afternoon. Later he shall bribe the parents of the maid with handsome amount of money and the case with be withdrawn and the now said rape will be scened as mutual understanding with some misunderstanding. Nothing will happen of this country, belive me.
