You can make a request to Comrade Pinarayi Vijayan to give an Oscar to you. He had congratulated Rasul Pookutty yesterday.

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high Where knowledge is free Where the world has not been broken up into fragments By narrow domestic walls Where words come out from the depth of truth Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way Into the dreary desert sand of dead habit Where the mind is led forward by thee Into ever-widening thought and action Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake

why don't you understand the simple fact that Irfan also acted in the same movie....
Have u heard his speech? It really reflects the frustration of an indian muslim,a point made to other religious extrimists that "irespective of the religion we all are a part of this great indian culture and some of u still seems us as a pakistanii"well done pokuttyyy..

I feel sorry for you brother....
There is no cure to this mental sickness you are suffering from. The same symptoms have been found in living beings resembling humans in FATA and SAWAT of Pakistan.

Sad but very true. A similar thing happened adainst Sania Mirza. But common Indian muzlims dont care for such fa-tw-as

Pookutty any way does not care as he is a Communist. Rehman also follows Sufi-1slam and is not dogmatic like the Wahabis.

I dont think pookutty is a muslim or Christian, there are videos in youtube where he mentioned that is worships sai baba and at oscar ceremony he mentioned about OM in his speech.

Mr.Waseem Qureshi, we should leave religion for all places. If some one want to believe in some god/worship, let it be confined to the four walls of his house or the respective place of worhsip. God/s should not be brought on to the street to create problems for others.
This is a moment when religion s not taking the blame for success . This success teaches us that all people are good and blessd the same way No matter u r christain/hindu/muslim
Re: Re: no religion bar for success

Nothing succeeds like success! Rasoon Pookutty is a Communist and he does not beleive in the dogmas of any religion. He dedicated his award to the entire people of our Country instead of some imaginary g0d.

Dear Chethan, So what did you expect her to say or can you please elaborate what you want to say? Come out of this Taliban like stance and join in appreciating the achievement of a fellow countryman.
