We should understand that the oscars meant for english film. So we need not to expect a Hindi film or its crew gets oscar awards. We can get oscar only in foreign language film.
When everybody understand this factor we can clearly give due respect to oscar winners and need not to blame oscar and the award winners.
So when somebody gets oscar dont compare him with hindi actors or crews...
Make our film fare awards as famous as oscars then this english people will fight for getting film fare awards.. Just like IPL in cricket.

100 and 1 % true. I think we need to set up ourselves and make th englishmen strive for our awards.
