Was dissapointed. Too much action/violence, just like any Sohail Khan movie. Only good parts were the heroine , Zoe Saldana,of the movie. Even Sam Worthington wasted.
Its obvious that everbody likes to get credit for his hardwork,So is Chetan Bhagat. J.K.Rowling would have been half famous without Harry Potter movies. Since not all like reading novels,story either in movie or a book is an intelactual right of the author.
Chetan Bhagat has to get the credit 3 iDiots is Nothing Diff from Five Point Someone
I am not a Chetan Bhagat Fan. Just in case if any thinks so.

I completely agree with you...Somebody's hard work should defenitely get the credit. Moreover many Chetan Bhagat fans went to see this movie as it is belived to be based on 5 point someone..which is a very popluler novel

totally agree --my respect for amir came down drastically seeing his statements- chetan shud defntely have got the credit in da opnng n not in end -the guy doesnt need publicity -he is already super famous writer and loved by all youth proffs n college goers..
Aamir I am extremely disappointed by your comments on Chetan Bhagat. I am one of your biggest fan, I follow your your each and every interview. In one such interview on Bollywood hungama you said one quality which you have learned from your mother is to think about others. This is how you think about others? I am hurt becoz Chetan is a very talented man he is an alumunus of IIM and IIT, he is an Original man which we should promote. I have read the book obviously there are vast disimilarties between the book and the film but IDea of teh film has generated from his book. A due credit should have been given to him becoz bollywood is starved of real talents you yourself have acted in many rip offs of hollywood but still I love you the most but I never expected that you will also lash out on a genuine person like Chetan Bhagat

This is an alum from IIT & IIM responding. We too are not Gods. Some like Chetan are more like loan sharks, having been Investment Bankers in Credit Suisse and its ilk. Believe me, nobody remains genuine after seeing the color of the money on the trading floor.
Thanks to Sukanya Verma, some of the lost credibility of Rediff has been restored. It was the pathetic effort from Raja Sen to run down movies like Paa and 3 Idiots that was leading to a lot of public resentment.
For once, some sense has prevailed. Good review. I too can relate to the movie as well as the review.
NDTV INDIA News Channel Behave like shahrukh servant , This channel Glamour show always cricize other actors and Promote only shahruk khan . This is Criminal act and this channels not do fair reporting . Real Truth is Whole Worlds peoples loves Aamir Khan a lot and Opposite Media News Channels dance with the tune of shahrukh and his PRO Team . Media is Currupt like shahrukh and politicians .

I am agree on some part. On the day of releasing any big movie, news channel shows response of public every half and hourly. But, for 3 idiots, I have not found so frequently. I don't know reason. On contradictory, for Gajini, It was there.
3 Idiots Super Blockbuster Hit of Indian Film Industry , But News Channels dont tell this to Peoples . Due to shahrukh and his PROs Stop the news channels to dont tell boxoffice report of 3 idiots . shahrukh know that his mnik film is Flop thats why he is doing wrong things . watch news channels activity when my name is kan relesed ,this news channels going mad that day .
