This is the problem with our bollywood directors. They try to be as good as their counterparts in hollywood but in this foil attempt they tend to forget the basic of direction. First of all this movie starts with a age old idea of twin brothers (ram aur shyam). Also, there is no dialogue sense at all. Every character is just vomiting the words without making any sense. The most horrible part is the different shades of lights used in every scene. It doesn't create an impression of a good movie and even don't compliment any scene, rather it creates a head ache in public. Lastly just by putting one song on aids, how you can convince the audience that this movie is giving a good message to public on AIDS.
PLEASE DONT GO FOR THIS MOVIE. IF YOU WANT TO SEE THAT HOW YOUR HEAD WILL PAIN THEN SE THIS MOVIE. VISHAL BHARDWAJ HAS TO LEARN MANY THING FROM GENERAL PUBLIC BEFORE MAKE NEW FILM OTHERWISE HE HAS TO TAKE SANYAS FROM FILM INDUSTRY.

welll Vishal doesnt need to learn any thing from stupid people like you, who cant understand any creative thing or any idea thats different from sheep race.
And this movie was not like by some audience, as it doesnt have some stupid and silly romantic songs and scenes.

I agree. VIshal is a gem of a genious. He is the one of the finest filmakers in recent times. Kaminey deserves all the praise - 5 stars from me

this movie sucks....one of worst worsen worsted movie i've seen in my entire life...i cant imagine giving even a zero mark for it...
One just can't imagine what is the power of marketing and promotion in today's world.Kaminey was so extensively and aggresively marketed that everyone felt that its one of the best movie.
I also fell prey to such misconception. But when i watched the movie it was so much below my expectations that i want my money back
I urge all the one's who have not seen this movie that please don't waste your time and money on this FLOP Meaningless Movie. Kaminey is utterly BORING MOVIE.

this is the problem with you people eveyone appreciates a good movie "ABC XYZ" you seem to feel everyone who hasn't liked KAminey is a low class person.. But if you think about it it's really a bunch of mixed up ideas from Pulp Fiction. Now if you ask most of the people here who haven't liked this movie if they liked Dilwaale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge?? or Hum Aap Ke Hain KAun??Titanic?? Dont go about showing your love for Shahid Kapoor. this is a free discussion forum each one exprssing his view so it's not upto YOU to tell other people that couln't APPRECIATE this boring mixed up movie?? if you want want a gangster movie should be like then watch Pulp Fiction it was made in 1994 but 15 years later if u watch it for the first time you'd still like it. yeah Shahid has worked hard but the movie is basically a waste of time. I have seen Pulp Fiction atleast 15 times. Now which part of the movie you think has been copied?? There are no twins in that movie and no body says S as F. Kaminey is definelt a brilliant movie. accept it. Each and every charecter does make an impression. By the end of movie if you come out, you will definitely remember who did what! I think you little knowledge of movies and you think uttering some classic cult movie names will make you a person with better taste of movies.

kaminey have you seen the film yourself?? it is indeed a very different but smartly made movie. if you are talking abt marketing then recall the days of GHAJINI, that is the movie which purely succed on hype. kaminey this film is mind blowing. excellent cinematography, screenplay, editing, background, dialouges, performances. every bit of this movie looks unusual which makes it a outstanding.
Ronie Screwcala the maker of this film (Mind u maker is the producer not the director) is also the producer of some fantastic films. Infact now many low budget films are hits and get a lot of critical acclaim and audience applaud. But this was not the situation three years before. If you remember these days films like mithya, bheja fry, khosla ka ghosla, taxi no.9211, A Wednesday, welcome to sajjanpur rule at the box office whereas films like mumbai meri jaan, aamir don't do much bussiness but drag the crowd to theaters and however they are'nt disasters. Actors like Rajat kapoor, Ranvir shorey, Vinay pathak, Konkona sen sharma have contributed to this. From the makers Roonie has done a lot. Also also all his films have not been low-budget. For example, Jodha akbar and even Fashion. 'kaminey is gonna change the indian cinema equations. Bollywood comes of age finally. Superb thrills, gr8 film. stellar acting. I agree with all the critics. But the viewers here havent liked this one. MAybe They didnt get some twists.OR they dont have a taste for such films . but still guys think of the story it was so brilliant and so well executed.GO guys watch this one. its brilliant. make this a hit. Shahid rocks.
