I cant believe this movie is so flop. I saw it on first day of release and after reading rediff review. You know they are true about rediff official reviwe honestly it sucks. How come this movie rated 4 nd half.
And Vishal Bhardwaj is the name who made this movie worst...what man how come you become a director you junk go and be some spot boy or something. Such a waste of superb star cast i mean Shahid and Priyanka just give their best but no one can save this movie just because of poor story line and direction.

Movies are not shot with Handycam as Vishal Bhardwa has done. Action scenes are taken from close-up. We were so eager to see the expression on the faces of Guddu and Charlie when both were fighting. Audiances should be intelligent enough to imagine they will be punching each other in the fight as Director has put the sound effect. What he wanted to show was their facial expressions, see total details in a single shot. Someone told me how good this movie is, as director has focussed on building characters. You need to watch Satya to understand what character building is. Much Much better movie was "Ek Chalis ki last Local" which had much more thrill than this. The climax was very original, collect all bad people at a single place, show an explosion and all evil is removed in a single go, why waste time in showing the villains getting killed. And the background music in the climax was amazing, i was feeling like I am watching Border climax (remember the song meri jaan hindustan), probably director wanted to show Ramayan, win of goodness guddu over evil villains. The exchange of heros was taken from Departed, 2006 oscar winner movie. The charater building was so poor, in the beginning, Guddu was a studd having done it thrice with Priyanka, and telling her why her home science did not work, but after that, he became so submissive. What the hell....!!!
Total CRAP, worst movie I have seen. Vishal, take 2 100 bulbs from me for your next movie, we need to see what is happening.

If Director thinks audiances are very intelligent and he doesn't need to spoon feed them with details, he should have given a photo of Shahid and Priyanka and 2 page summary of the movie to everyone coming to theatres. People are intelligent enough to imagine what the movie would be like. Dont run the movie, let people sit there for 2 hrs, read summary and go home. After all they are intelligent audiance.

Dont know what you are. I was not discussing Departed for which you have put your comment. I was talking about switching of heros concept which was taken from this movie. I never wrote I have watched all bollywood and hollywood movies, but I found so many similarities in whatever movies I have seen. Talking of Love aaj Kal, atleast you were able to see the hero and heroine in that movie, not like Kaminey where you were assuming a male figure will be Shahid kapoor and female figure would be priyanka. You seem to be Vishal Bhardwa type intelligent person...!!

I think u watched kaminey on Pirated DVD that's why u didnt figure out anything. Pls first of all go n watch it on big screen. Kill piracy and dont forget to wash ur eyes...
One just can't imagine what is the power of marketing and promotion in today's world.Kaminey was so extensively and aggresively marketed that everyone felt that its one of the best movie.
I also fell prey to such misconception. But when i watched the movie it was so much below my expectations that i want my money back
I urge all the one's who have not seen this movie that please don't waste your time and money on this FLOP Meaningless Movie. Kaminey is utterly BORING MOVIE.
first they had underworld theme and now when they r not getting any stories in that line they mixed up underworld and bookies and made some crap out of it
