Last week CM Narendra Modi addressed school students and said that learning English is as much important as learning Gujarati language. He also stressed that we must start learning Chinese & Japanese languages to move ahead. & learning other regional languages would also be an added advantage. This was reported in Times of India. (The moron reporter said that because the CM's visa were rejected he was saying this)

I am no Narendra Modi fan, but i wish to draw the point that how leaders

If Narendra Modi had a son called Amit, does any body believe he would have encouraged Amit to learn German when the flavour of vandalistic valour is Mahaheheepuspusthithithathabaibai... bolo?

Mumbai minus Hindi film industry
by Anji on Sep 09, 2008 05:28 PM  | Hide replies

All these Bal Thackery and Raj Thackery should undestand that Mumbai minus Hindi film industry is nothing. Even Bal Thackery's own daughter-inlaw, Smitha Thackery is a producer of Hindi films and must have earned millons dollar. Today, Shiv sena is rich and powerful due to Hindi film idustry. Everybody has the right to talk about their homestate, their love for that land, but that does'nt mean that person belonging to one state should stick to his home state only and will not move out of that land for his progress and prosperity.
All Maharashtrians should understand, that it is the political war of Shiv Sena factions , Udhav Thackery's Shiv Sena and Raj Thackery's Shiv Sena. Raj Thackery was nothing, nobody knew him, before he embarked on these issue of Hindi speaking people. Why Shiv Sena and MNS is targeting only Hindi speaking people, why not Bengali speaking, Telgu speaking, Malyali speaking, Kannad speaking people. It is the Hindi speaking people and Hindi film industry which has made Mumbai, otherwise Mumbai is nothing. I am surprised that nobody from this Hindi film industry talk about these issues, It is due to the Hindi film industry that half of Mumbai people including Maharashtrians get their livelihood and these Shiv Sena people are abusing the hindi speaking people and throwing them out of Mumbai. It is such a national shame

You are overstating the Industry and its importance to Mumbai. Agreed the HIndi film industry is based in Mumbai, but then going by logic, especially your stupid logic, Why hasnt there been a hindi film industry in these so called Hindi states. Even Delhi doesnt have a film industry to speak of. Without the filmindustry Mumbai will be fine. Its just the film industry which might not find another city to make its own....

We all should learn to say if somebody asks where are you from? say "i am in indian" instead of saying north indian, southindian, marashtrian, assame, bengali etc..why dont we say this to ourselves too??
