I can't stand JB but why make a big thing about what she said? In these days of geographical mobility within one's own country and other countries one is always nostalgic about where they came from originally but that does not mean that they do not appreciate what they have made of themselves wherever they choose to be!
I really don't understand this language of ownership of states and regional languages. Loyalty should be to the country and not to the states. I'm sure JB counts herself as an Indian before she counts herself as a Bengali.
Further if these Bollywood actors have benefited from Mumbai then Mumbai has also benefited from the wealth and jobs they have created.

People may talk about integrity and all but i think what thackery says is correct! There was no reason for Jaya to make that comment. They have been living in Mumbai for long and thats there home no matter where they come from. So they should not say anything against any place or language. If Maharashtra expects something from the Bachans family nothing wrong in that.
Regional divide is not always wrong,atleast it might keep all the people in Maharastra together and reach consensus on one issue.
Its better not to provke people with trying to be funny comments and make a fool of yourself.

It looks that Raj and Sivasena has enough public support on this issue.But, why people in other parts of india are not reacting on these issue. Why people do not abuse Marathi's like Lata, Sachin, Shivraj and Kakodkar because by keeping a mum over the issue they are supporting Raj.
