Christianity is nothing original, but we just follow a pattern and world will be peace if everybody is one religioned. I didn't say that the one as Christianity.

so lets think and make a one religion called "we are all human being" forget which religion we are. and its difficult to follow hundreds of pages books to lead ur life. keep it simple. respect each other, do whatever u like it should not hurt or bother someone. forget spending time in church or temple dont waste money on buidling church ot mosque, bring that money to support human being. and for ur kind info as per unesco survey by 2011 religion will the 4th biggest economy in the world following IT in the first, medicine in the 2nd and education in the third. no wonder people will invest money on religion. and it will happen. and vetican run many companies and they have their own bank.

what is happening in China my dear. Jesus loves all. christinaity is alive an dthriving in China. it did thrive in Russia too. even under the communist rule. when Romans banned Christianity it still remained alive. Christianis were burned, sedn to the galllows or wild animals ate them. to not have thsi fate all they had to deny Jesus.
actually Christians acquired mithras, dec 25th , bread and wine concept taken from that to keep those mithras to follow the 2 merges. then they killed mithras concept made one Christian concept. now a days big companies are doing the something called "acquire and kill" to become monopoly. Christianity is the one of the professional religion , they change their principles according to the place. in bangalore now they do st merry ratha yathra, actually chistianity opposses idol worship. do they have originality? celix pereira

my dear, U r confused. u r taking christianity and Catholism to be the same. Christian is one who lives his life according to the BIble. That is all. No worship of Mary or no worship of idols. Just faith in Jesus Christ.

so catholics are not christians? i have seen lot of protestants are celebrating 25 dec and bread and wine. dont mistake me when i see this merry ratha yatra in bangalore it makes me disgust. it showsthey are doing it only to convert people. and its not Christianity . and there are lot of proof that dec 25th bread and butter are mitris origin. its good to know that catholism is not same as Christianity. hopefully someday we can discuss about this alot about it. but u cant convert me. LOL.

I have one doubt. Who is supreme ? The Lord (GOD) or jesus christ who is just his emissary. Should not Christians be praying to Jehovah (or whatever) rather than Jesus. ? I am asking this out of curiosity.

All I can say is "Father forgive them for they know not what they say and do". With these words Jesus died on the Cross. I am a christian and I can tell you that I support Jesus Christ. For I know that one day everyone will be touched by his life. You may say whatever you want but remenber that christians are the largest population in the world. We have a head in the POPE. We respect him. One day you will understand.

haha.. nice talkin to u man. Yes there is a differece. 25th is not actually the Birth of Christ but we commemorate it. Bread and wine... its simbolic of the sacrifice of Christ on our behalf. that he shed his blood for our sins. To know about Christianity read the Bible. Its love .Love and sacrifice. Jesus chnaged my life 6 years back. never felt i Did wrong y acceptinghim in my life. I got the peace i was searching for. a menaing for my life

its good, but history says combination of these 2 religion anyway nothing wrong in reading bible. or geetha , or quran. but being good human being in this world its not necessary. yes all religion has its own good and bad things and every religion killed people tortured people. end of the day we should be good human being more than any religion. i think that right for me. and let them belive whatever they belive. nice talking to u celix

prasanna u need to be touched by teachings of Jesus Christ. Probably one day u will reliaze what chistianity is all about. Dont go about confusing christianity with mithras. U want to know better go for a retreat to Potta to solve your doubts.

Why are they condemning the books now?, after millions have already been sold and HP is now a household name. The vatican is wrongly assuming that all the children will start indulging in witchcraft. C'mon, neither do today's children have so much time nor will responsible parents allow them to do such a thing. Today's kids are mature enough. all have freedom to worship the way they want. They can all interpret the Bible theyw ant to. But What is Christinity. God sent his son to die for us. God so love dthe world that he sent his only son, so that whoevr belives on him shall not perish but have everlasting life. U wnat to see Jesus do a miracle ask him for the most impossible thing.. am not making any fun of anybody or religion here. this is just my doubt, celix says that God sent his son...so then even christians accept that there is a god whom even jesus prayed during his death. So y is it that they don't pray to God and have stopped at Jesus. If this question hurts anybodies feelings or faith...then just ignore this question.

Religion is something which helped Human beings to come out of cave and live together as a society. Understanding it is not a joke. depending upon evolution of that religions certain practices and beliefs may differ ( or seem to differ to ordinary mortals like us :) ) but at the core they all teach the same thing .. how to live a good life .
the church has a duty to condemn and warn mankind of what it feels are injurious to the societies health. may be they are right, as humans need a governor to tell them when they do wrong.
