for once i think filmfare has nominated some deserving actors for the best actor trophy this year all the five nominations are worth it and puts forth a tough challenge to choose one amongst them , i sincerely hope that the best man wins and filmfare avoids giving the award to SRK not because he doesnot deserve but simply because he has had an overdose of trophies over the years for whatever he did and it is time to encourage new and fresh talent ( like darsheel). it is a body of the cream of performances of 2007 all the best to all the actors.
As a kid of just 11 year old, dont you think we dont have to much worry about his actions? He has performed well and he deserves the best actor award! I think any of us might have done the same thing if we were of his age!
This kid is an artist/actor in true sense,cause he put life in the character that he had to potray... Hands down,he is better than SRK or AK without a wink of a doubt.. And the audience as well as critics have seen that..but when it gets to the awards,i still dont trust the organisers to go clean,cus you need to cough up quite a bit which is quite evident.
i say that now all must shutdown computer and watch discovery channel tara zameen par, how darsheel acting and poor direction of mr. amir khan shooting place in afric, and star get booring not in cimena hall, real donkey and monkey film show ??

I AGREE WITH SUMEDHA, U MUST FROM THAT CLASS WHO ONLY LIKE TO WATCH SHIT MOVIES, TZP IS A VERY GOOD MOVIE AND DARSHEEL IS A SUPERSTAR, INFACT ACTORS LIKE AMIRKHAN AND DARSHEEL ARE BORN ARTISTS, AND PLZ U KEEP UR STUPID THINKING UP TO URSELF ONLY NOBODY IS INTERESTED IN UR STUPID COMMENTS
darsheel is a fantastic actor and he is the central point of the film. He is the main actor and can compete for the award. This is a mainstream movie and therefore this point has come up.There are many other actors who act in movies which are produced and which are not mainstream movies and end up showing in film festivals and winning film festival awards but do not do much business. There are some artists which are even better than darsheel considering their age. But only the maistream films are prefered for these "commercial" Awards. Till the line between commercial films and the so called non commercial films exists there is no meaning for these "Awards". These are just for pampering commercially viable actors.
Darsheel is child artist, and amir khan is bad director, why public are watching amir khan movies, meaning less but darsheel is good and amir khan direction is very poor, it spoil the name of others director & producer, so stop watching amir khan movies, meaningless film
SRK cud never act & only monotonous stammer..in anycase this boy wl beat them good & hollow..suggest SRK & the rest give walkover & also avoid attending this function to avoid losing face as u guys in the guise of actors have been cheating the audience...

I love Amir, but so could Govinda sing and act and dance powerfully with superb emotion and expressions.
According to me,Darsheel is far better than SRK,AKSHAY,ABHISHEK N SHAHID. Bz if anyone watch the movie of Taare Zameen Par then we can compare him with others. As a child he did his best but the others actors ,they achieved something in thier adult age so DARSHEEL should win the best actor award.......... PLz dont neglect him as he is a kid but consider his performance bz that is far beeter than Om Shanti Om,Jab We Met,Welcome etc.....
