This movie had its gaping flaws but it wasnt going for critics approval anyway. Aamir is incredibly versatile. This is the ULTIMATE masala movie. I had a blast and its no surprise its breaking records. So yea, aamir is very choosy. In his last movie, he was going for critics, now for the masses. SRK WILL NOT TOP AAMIR. quality not quantity

I am disappointed with the Movie, but more disappointed with the review here. If you give 3.5 star to this movie, I wonder if that's of any help to ensure better standards from Bollywood. Amir no doubt is good, but that doesn't help as he couldn't carry this movie entirely by himself. The story build up is pathetic and to me it seems the entire falling in love sequence was forced and doesn't feel natural. Not comparing it with any other movie, since this movie by itself doesn't match the standards of Amir's capabilities. Very disappointing!
Hi a fantastic movie, and we realized it, event without any "memento" or rather watching "the masters of the universe". Not to mention, the fantastic human spirit, which could punch a skull straight 360 degrees, or say what, throw a dozen of goons skyhigh, also not to mention, the milliaonaire suddenly developing superhuman power, enough to give Krrissh a run for his money. We need such movies, on these days, wherein we can focus and identify the rage within, with the protagonist. So what, if the hero is able to take in a six inch rod , onto tummy and still enjoy a wild west sunset. I would really recommend this movie, as the best of 2008, linear, no twists, short term memory,occassionly not a handicap, all u need is Jiayah Khan's breefing, and the tremendous physical stature, of Aamir Khan.
Ghajini whether it is a remake or not, is a superb movie with very nice performances by all actors.It is a superhit movie and it made a record by raking in more money in a week than any other movie.
To all those SRK fans, Devdas, Don, Baazigar, weren’t they remakes??? And please get ur your facts right, Ghajni is not a remake of memento, even the critics said that, ghajni is inspired from memento, Amir does not kill his lover, actually he isn’t even married, nor he works as an insurance officer. Ghajni had no cameos, no banners the main star factor was amir, Rabne had banner 10 bollywood actresses doing cameo like in Om Shanti and sharukh fooled the fans saying that he will use rabne’s profit to donate for mumbai attacks and people who died. he is a fraud. Both ghajni and Rabne released their promo in november, unlike OSO was promoted for several months, and hyping it with big cameo and awards funtion which is bound to attract the audience. all that hype for OSO did not managed to do 70 crore net business in just 7 days like ghajni. Accept it, amir is real king khan.
Gajani is making world records. 100 lakh rupees in 1st week. This will beat Shivaji in 2 weeks. Amir will be Rajanikant of Hindi belt from now onwards a status never ever in hindi happended before even by Amitabb or Akshay kumar ( the action heros). SRK and other kahns may have gone for cover now.

But can any movie collect 300 crores? Thats where Dassavathaaram stands. Dfntly I'm not against Ghajini , but telling or providing some facts on higest grosser till date in India:)
Need to check out Mithya. But Aamir's is one of the best acting jobs. He is angry throughout, but its a most convincing anger. And the transformation between anger and confusion and back to reminders is timing-perfect. Could not imagine that he has actually turned back age. He has gained back his boyish charm even if the face shows age, and that is why he can still romance any age girl.
Ghajini is the most overrated movie of the year. The film simply does not deserve good ratings. The few things which can we watched in this movie is the climax action and asin Performance, thats it. The flaws are many like in the climax scence aamir read two big diaries written by him only, the whole story has been narrated to him by jia khan, then he followed the villian and crushed almost 30 bad guys and he has done it in just 15 minutes... what a rubish. Also in the scene with Asin AAMIR looks very old. OVERALL one time watch that to at the stake of if you want to spread out the violence and the message that helping others can be dangerous. Also the songs has been put forcibly.Only Guzarish and Kaise Mujhe songs go with the flow. Poor show by Aamir. After watching the movie youcan understand why that much of marketing happens this time. Normally Aamir's movie do the speaking by itself but this time he was sure of that he has made an average movie, which is only possible to be hit by marketing.

so may be ur hero SRK may be good in this movie.. dont tell rubbish. can u name one movie in hindi in recent times that contains all flavours like romance, action. the way u r telling it seems aamir is an actor who should act only in art films. why cant he act in entertainers as well if SRK can do pathetic movies?

ShahRukh Khan does same acting every movie. His latest movie is always comprised of his past movies. SRK formula is adding same story from his past movies. SRK takes 15 minutes of each scene of his past movies and adds to his new movie. One thing SRK is good at is how to boasts about himself and calls himself the KING. He has SELF-PROCLAIMED to be the King and at every opportunity calls himself the Best. How insecure can one get ?? I can understand if the public or his fans proclaims him, but he has artificially hyped himself up and self-proclaimed to be the king.

are kya bakwaas likhti hai.You might digest spiderman and ironman but not this movie.Are we watch it for fun if you get it then appriciate that because they make it with their good acting.Dont write as you are very very intellectual.
