in hindi gajini,when amir kills such a big personality called gajini dharmatma;how come police didn't take any action?? typical hindi movie with no sense....while in tamil version,they have shown that why they are not arresting surya....then how can u say amir is perfectionist??? n amir has done overacting in this movie...

From the Start of the Film's Shooting everyone knows its a Tamil Film, even the producers have said that its just a copy of the tamil film. So why criticize that its a tamil film copy again and again. If you are good critic, have some valid reasons boss. I have seen Tamil Gajini & Memento also. If any Indian sees Memento and Gajini, Memento is very very confusing, whereas Gajini is the one every Indian will like. Memento is an hollywood film which was taken to match hollywood taste. So do not compare both, Eventhough i have not seen Hindi Gajini and since I have seen Tamil Gajini, I know this film will rock. And For Memento, don't watch that film, its pretty confusing.

The only relations between 'Memento' and Tamil 'Ghajini' are short-term memmory loss, wife/girlfriend murder and tattoo clues. Keeping these factors as the central thread, the rest of the story line in Indian movie versions are entirely different. Memento is more of a psychothriller and Indian versions are action flicks.

I hear that SRK is doing a hindi version of 'rainman' where he of course plays dustin hoffman....now...why!...o...srk...y do u have a misconception that u r a good versitile actor?!..no doubt u r an entertainer like those jokers in a circus,but u were never,never will be different.SInce last 15 years u r the same,acting,scripts everything.U never experimented with anything.U r just a lucky person born under a very luck star..seriously,if i ever want to give only 1 synonymn for lucky that would be SRK.Aamir & even akshay have shaped their acting skills thorugh their career,but u r not of qulaity but only quantity,u feel that BIG money at the box office makes u no.1,maybe yes,but qualitywise u r zero.Staying between people like gay karan & stoneface arjun.R,u always thought u were no.1.I know SRK u'll suck as while playing 'rainman'...u dont have that skill.No doubt it'll be ahit as usual but true critics will never applaud ur performances only critics like taran adarsh etc who have sold their souls to u will write great bout u.I dunno u as a human beign but u are,& u will remain as an true example of a bad actor who is a superstar of INDIA.How can a country where the superstar is sharukh ever dream of getting an oscar? Siff betw aamir and sharukh is that 20yrs down the lane students may doa phd on aamirs acting skills,but not sharukh.Aamir is intelligent in true sense.Last but not the least,sharukh ur movies touch box office charts but aamirs movies touch LIVES!

It's a shame that SRK is referred to as a Superstar by the media (biased of course). He has never done and will never be able to do the kind of roles that Aamir Khan has done. His stardom has more to do with several other factors than his potential( if he has any).
How much ever they say they have not copied 'Memento' they are plain simply lying. When original content is available in abundance, I really dont know why they wanna copy a movie which was shot in 21 days with an intelligent screenplay in reverse order and claim it as an original content. Just imagine how Hollywood is gonna take this. They will conclude that Indian films are always copied. The word 'Inspiration' has been altered by these guys for their benifits. Please watch 'Memento. For guys who are gonna scream all this is absurd...Just take a look at 'Memento's poster which itself will reveal how true I am.

The concept of the memory loss & tattos is the only common aspect between ghajini & memento.Songs,haircut,hard punches dipped in sambhar idli...phew!...nowhere near memento.I saw memento 3 times but while watchin ghajini i'll not,for a sec think bout memento cos i'll only be taking note of what aamir has put into this movie as an innovation.

Boss don't ever say that you understood the movie Memento, Probably if you understood Memento, Its hats off to you, but do not compare Memento with this film, Memnto doesn't have romance and it was taken to suit the English & american audience who value gadgets more than life. We are Indians and we value Humanity. Gajini eventhough inspired by memento is taken to suit the Indian Audience. If they take a Scene - by - Scene Copy of Memento, i am sure no Indian Audience will like it. That is why Gajini was remade to suit the Indian Audience. I have seen Memento and it is very very confusing. Only at the end you come to know that you had to see Memento in a reverse order. So do not Compare Gajini with Memento, I am sure Gajini will be a hit
