Shahrukh is limited to only a few characters. He is only able to play 'Rahul', an upper or upper-middle-class Metro or cosmopolitin guy(resaon he gets a good opening abroad). Leave alone Aamir, Salmaan is much better actor, can you imagine the verstality Salmaan has, look at his roles in Biwi No. 1, Garv-The Pride, Khamoshi, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun which shows his ability to inact serious as well as comedy, he fits in any character. And even Akshay is artist who just wears the character, do i have to remind Hritik's acting in Lakshay, Koi Mil Gaya. Try imagining SRK in these roles, TOTAL MISFIT !! When you watch a Shahrukh movie, you can't forget that its SRK. He is always bigger than character and since DDLJ is doing the same thing. Nothing new. The only film in which he impresses as an actor is 'Chak De India'. Rest all is his better than all PR which got him Karan Johar's and Yash Chopra's camp( will they dare 'Dhoom' like flick with Shahrukh) and hype that he whips up before every release But he knows to always be with right people, be it industry or politics, do u remember his featuring in A. B. Vajapyee's songs videos sung by Jagjit Singh, he did it for free, and nowadays he is too friendly with Priyanka and Rahul. He gets time for all these as he doesn't have to cocentrate on next character and Perfection like Aamir and Hritik do. All views welcome , even opposite also

Now a days art films don't work...even we janta don't watch it. I mentioned art movie because u are talking about real good acting and actors doing great acting.....so what if actors like Amir & Hrithi are doing good fine acting ...actually now a days what matters is good entertainer movie for public......and good earner for producers.....and shahrukh khans movies are best in both ....good entertainer and blockbuster busines....that's what business is all about.......rest for great acting is just for critics....as a matter of fact 99.99% aam public don't actually even knows what is fine acting...for us acting is what we think is good acting.....come on we are not experts how can we judge...but when we appreciate...the business of the movie is high and the movie become superhit...that's what shahrukh khans each movie is ......i.e blockbusters in India as well overseas....

Mr Rajesh Nagpal, Go by Facts , and right now THE KING KHAN does not need your review. OSO is a huge hit after CHAK DE and people are watching it again and again. Even if he acts in a karan johar movie, its being a liked by masses and collecting huge money. And End of the day thats what matters to Shahrukh. Probably you should go and have a look at the movie. The Deewangee song is a total paisa vasool.

i think jab we met, jhonny ghaddar, apne, metro, bhejja fry, partner n some films of akshey(2007) is much batter then OSO..........BIG NAMES OF INDIAN FILM INDUSTRIES N THIER FILMS R MUCHED HYPED..........

You are very right but MEDIA will hype only those films which earns money for them.. don't know how much but some figuer lets say - PAANCH RUPAIYA.. In this world one can purchase any media.. film reviewer in just PAANCH RUPAIYA... This OFFER will never Close..

Yes so True, OSO is such a bakwas flim and Media says that the movie has created history...such a Crap flim. I think underworld money is on SRK ..that may be the root cause.
It looks like 99% remake of Karz except the climax. Its not worth watching. People are being pulled to the theatres just because of the hype created by so uch promotions. If you are a SRK fan you can watch but its not a good movie.
