It seems that you are trying to incite religious hatred where none exists. Let me remind you that Sawariya as a movie is a flop and that is determined by the audience in India where i believe majority of the residents are Hindus.So maybe you shoud stop your illiterate blabber.
I have to say in an era where we are trying to make strides in development.....bollywood clearly needs to gear up its stride. After seeing both movies i have to say it was a complete waste of time. While OSO never claimed to be an intellectual or artful movie....it atleast was laughable but a completely idiotic movie with over hammed acting from all. Sawariya on the other hand put me to sleep literally coz i walked out of the theatre when i caught myself dozing to sleep more comfortably in my bed back home.I liked 'Black' and 'HDDCS' from SLB evn though they had some fundamental logic issues.......but this is ridiculous.....i dont think i pay to see elaborate sets and dance routines.....it is a movie more condusive as a musical for theatre [ even there its success is doubtful]given the storyline.....I have to say i am fast losing faith in bollywood.

i m not a die hard SLB fan..but the movie in question is a masterpiece of art..man ..if somebody watches with a fresh mind..it is definitely adorable...though it is not meant for the masses..but it is a great piece of art..but not of commercial cinema

See some movies give you that warm feeling, Saawariya is one such movie. No loud noises no super cast but a very simple story and very delicate acting. ya its no match to loud acting of SRK. OSO and Saawariya are two different kind of movies. Saawariya is for hard core romantics who believe in love.

was great fan of SLB . but after his statement yesterday interview i felt that he does not give respect to others movie. IF OSO is doing good that does not mean that his movie should do good business. he was insulting all comedy movie. he was telling movie is not putting 4 -5 jokes. but he forgot movie is not all about to have good sets. it needs story and pace. i think sawariya lacks in story and pace so that why people rejected this movie completely

SLB is at his (best ... for himself) worst when it comes to speaking of others' work. He was foolishly presuming and saying that if OSO does well than Saawariya (should be called Yaawwwnariya....) will do well. He could not even place his own movie and OSO into their different genres. For one thing, SLB is a great intellectual pretender.... i.e. first he is a pretender before being anything else. When his pretension clicks, his movies like Black or Devdas become hits, and when they do not, his movies like Khamoshi and as it increasingly looks like, Saawariya fall flat on their faces(so unfortunately for Sonam and Ranbir both of whom are promising.. but he should not have made Ranbir make so many faces and blindly ape his grandpop Raj Kapoor and that too so blatantly)
What is this is review??or some flimsy article from the imaginative mind!Agreed that some people would not like it.But that doesnt make the movie a failure,There are some others who have adored the movie.And what about the people who have appreciated the movie??where are their comments??or have you turned a convienient deaf ear to them??
I have a question,most of the reviewers have thrashed saawariya,and one of the reasons they have mentioned is that such a place depicted in saawariya doesnt exist!Now tell me does all that masala depicted in OSO exist??

I have watched both the movies and I am very sorry to say Om Shanti Om is not even an average movie .It required no acting skills on the part of the actors.Any tom dick n harry could have done the film .SRK is just wasted here .The movie fails to create any interest whatsoever .It is sheer advertising and hype created around the movie that led us to the theaters and waste our hard earned money .Biased reviews have only added to fooling us into watching it .
On the contrary Bhansali movie was quite a class act as usual .Only people with class and taste can appreciate his work .Just as Black would not have appealed to all .

SRK has proved once again he is numero uno entertainer of bollywood! it was simply unbelievable to see packed theatres in usa, and lines running down to parking lots! truly amazing this guys power to pull crowds!!!
this is no swades or chak de... SRK delivers what we expected froom him in this movie- a fabulous caricature and lovely humor..absolutely entertaining movie...all SRK fans will enjoy this movie!
Bash him all you want, he was, is and will always remain the badshah of bollywood :) Jokes on you haters!

Rediff shoudnt have been so biased towards the Srk starer oso. I saw OSO as Well as sawariya and my opinion is dat OSO is more hype than soul whereas SLb's sawariya is a masterpiece

I agree with all you says rediff is biased towards SRK...i even feel that all the good reviews on rediff are "procured" ..that too at very cheap rate as Raja sen can sell his pen an brain (!!! whatever little he has ...I doubt he has but..) against a penny...
