Some of the good things of northies as I understand: · Artistic Rajasthanis · Gujarati cuisines · Business knack or marwadis (because of money mindedness, of course) · The efficiency of Dubbawalas of Mumbai
Looks like, your bad traits overpower good traits. Please list any other good behaviours, if any. Let me see.
Some of the traits and characteristics of North Indian: Most untidy Take bath once in a week Do not wash clothes Dirty public places the most Selfish to the core Lack sense of public cleanliness Quickly become managers at workplaces because of the exploiting nature Laziest buggers Most inefficient Misuse authority at workplace Most corrupt Money minded Create public nuisance the most Lack unity (see what happened to the Indian cricket team) Have adopted the bhai (extortion) culture Inventors of financial crimes (Harshad Mehta, Ketan Parekh, etc%u2026) Cheat the foreigners (so they always prefer South India for business)

Mr Jakal, If u compare north india with south india then u clearly see the difference in cleanliness..compare any city in south with north ...biggest example bangalore..it's such a filthy city created by filthy south indians crowding a dosa shop like flies on pile of garbage....u talk about south india being preferred by foreginers..that's because piles of engineering colleges u setup in every filthy nook and corner of bangalore, chennai eyc..and everybody knows what kind of filthy engineers in loads r being produced from those factories..u talk about standard of living...u southies only need dosa, sambhar, rasam and u can live ur whole life with these....u dont have way of dressing up....u talk about financila crimes...jayalalitha is the biggest(and the fattest) example of corruption...and u talk about work place..southies have monoplised so many companies and even in working place u will see them making groups(tamil group, andhra group) and discriminate totally...TCS can be called tamil consultancy services for it's shear attitude of promoting tamils...
RE:RE:North Indian Traits
by A Sharma on Jun 22, 2007 01:55 PM
jakal....bangalore is becoming a dirty city because u southies dont know how to live with standard of living...with ur concept of dosa , sambhar..and rasam...and with northies teaching u how to live... and u not coming to terms....u tend to live in shells and dont want the city to advance..

Well, my frens of both southie and northie..
One fact that many should realise is that these three known southies' cities; bangalore, chennai and hdyerabad attract more investors n thus develop the nation..
This has been mentioned many times even by our previous and current Malaysian Prime Minister.
Abd. Badawi said that another few years time, bangalore is become the next singapore..
Try to live with da fact instead of being in denial..
Even worse, calcutta was named the worst city, not any of those southies.. Also, bihar is another useless state.
Amitabh Bachchan, who calls Rajnikanth the true emperor of Indian cinema, admires the Tamil superstar for his simplicity, humility and the way he has brought up his children.
Reacting to Rajnikanth's remark about himself and the Big B being the king and the emperor respectively, Bachchan said: "Rajni is phenomenal. The largest, the best and truly the boss! It is ridiculous to compare me with him.
"Outside of Tamil Nadu, people have no idea whatsoever what he is all about. The adulation, the following is incomparable. We are friends, colleagues. His modesty is legendary. His simplicity in his existence and in his demeanour is also legendary.
"Don't believe a word of this 'king' and 'emperor' thing. We all know that he is 'The Emperor'. I abhor epithets, but for him I will make exceptions, for he is truly exceptional."

More... The Big B is full of admiration for what Rajnikanth has achieved.
"Look where he came from and what he has become. Sheer hard work, talent and the belief that he could do it... and he did! Such a fantastic example for any youth in any part of the world!"
"Despite his extraordinary career he has remained that simple, down to earth person he was when he started off. All his people around him are friends that were with him when he was a nobody."
The Big B reveals touching details from the Tamil superstar's life.
"Do you know, a Fiat car that he bought when he had attained his early success still remains with him and he only uses that car to date? He's a humble human being and a caring and considerate co-star."
"Rajni is terrific company on the sets and a fine gentleman. He's religious, traditional and charitable. Most importantly, he along with his equally modest wife have brought up their two daughters well."
"His daughters are a reflection of him. To me, the way your offspring turn out is the truest reflection of your achievements."

Now, the gentle man AB voiced his opinion about Rajni, his fans should accept this and respect their hero's opinion on Rajni..
Tamilians are good at making mountain out of stone and Rajini is the right recipe for them...nothing against Rajini..he has always lived up to the expectation of the people like our politicians because same politicians get elected every time just like same Rajini rocks every time..In India we have more corrupt politicians just because its the choice of us...but the only difference is people cherish Rajini and insult politicians...which in-fact we are the route cause for both...we take movies seriously and not politics, Rajini is more concerned when his movie releases then our politicians get elected, why cant we take politics more seriously than movies...at least it will change the life of our offsprings...How many people have stood in long lines to buy movie tickets and on contrary never bothered to go to the polling booth to choose the right leader for us which is more often empty and that too at free of cost. Why we take every election as one more election where as every movie with the same plot...same dance and stunts as something amazing.....we are trying the enjoy our life in a dark room watching some one as superstar in 3 hours which can never be practical... and live the rest of our life in a pathetic state in a bright light where we are the real super stars (in other words real culpcript)... thats the uniqueness of us.....select the least corrupt of the worst...and as the time goes we will have to select the best out of good...then our offsprings will cherish.

I have lived in delhi for some years and my observation about them is that hindis as people have a lot of Inferiority complex.I have also noticed that the they tend to be very inferior in terms of their education, lack of skills in their community. Lot many times i have heard hindis complaining about the south Indians mostly because the south Indians are more expressive in every aspect as compared to the Hindis. The point to be noticed here is that these people are unhappy because of their own inability to forsake their orthodox culture. These people tend to live in a shell. They keep complaining about the south indians where as deep inside they will be lusting to do the same things.Although I would say that hindis are striving to work hard.I personally feel that hindis,as a community should be more open in embrassing other cultures and peoples as other south indian states have done.No offence intended, just an experience.

Mr. Nameless & I should say shameless First of all are we here to discuss about different regions? You piece of shit..I know what you are... Go and check how dirty Chennai is..it stinks man..See the rich culture of North and never try to compare again with what you follow..You talk about being orthodox? You should see how orthodox you people are..still talking to girl is known to be a crime in South India. You have colleges where there are strict rules that you can't talk to a girl, can't exchange notes and what not, please go back & correct your knowledge on the subject before typing in.To add more Maximum post-martial affairs are in South India, statistics are witness..You talk about culture maximum foreigner visits Agra,Jaipur,Khajraho,Delhi and lotsa places in North India which you wont be aware of. You people are anti-social and non-receptive, can't think of growing and changes in life.. So next time you think of typing anything against any region think twice with your cognizance...Have loads to add, but this is not the right forum. So next time you see a subject on movies try to stick to the subject and do not hinder...Rajini is a fine actor but he is not larger than life.. Good day..

Agra, Jaipur, Khajraho and Delhi are more of death elephants.. More of praising ancient stories than current acheivement.. At times, lifestyle in jaipur reminds me of africans.. By the way, how clean is calcutta?
RE:Inferiority complex..
by Jakal on Jun 22, 2007 09:51 AM
Hey man, you can make a point man. Oh! Now that I see that a north Indian can make a point that which part of India is cleaner, Phew!!! Have you ever traveled in a train? Just start from Chennai or Bangalore, once you cross the south Indian territory, the train becomes full of shit!!! Once northies enter the train, then the entire train becomes a dirty. Why? Simple, it%u2019s the culture of northies to dirty public places. Have you ever visited Chennai in recent years. There is a company called Onyx which keeps cleaning the entire city for 24 hours. According to statistics, Chennai is now the cleanest among the major metropolitan cities. Your Delhi, Calcutta and Mumbai is full of slums, rowdies and bhais. Your police people are the most dangerous terrorists on this Earth! The muslim terrorist fight for a purpose, but your police people kill innocent people without any reason. You are all insane people. Your hero Salmaan Khan is the biggest rouge in India! Pity you.

Agreed. So many Northies spit paan on the walls of their office/ apartments/ homes. Devilal/ Om Praksh Choutala were photographed pissing on the streets! The cleanest people with the maximum civic sense in India are Keralites. Bangalore/ TN come second.

Minus the skin color, the southies we believe have lotz of better things to talk about..
Letz imagine, if at all the federal government being fair enough to all states, all south states could have acheived much better.. For example, Chennai as business center with south east asia..
RE:Inferiority complex..
by devanesh on Jul 04, 2007 12:37 PM
Very true,.. Even my lecturers from IIT, who lectured us here in Malaysia have said that..
Perhaps, thatz why we never heard of development taken place in north india except mumbai..
More and more often south east asian r talking about massive development in 3 cities from south india..
While Rajini himself does not agree to any comments like this on the message board about him and amitabh, Rajini still in awe of Hindi films was contemplating of acting in a HIndi film. Though he is a great actor and a mega super star in the south, there will be little takers in a Hindi film. Rajini is all about heart and soul and its appealing only to the south and the tamil population in particular. While the Amitabh of Deewar, trishul is of the bygone era and nobody even cares to watch him in film these days except those ads for kids, Rajini stayed away to remain in film and does them once in 4 to 5 years which does mind-boggling business, but in actuality Rajini is still a Hindi film fan.

That was Arun's reply to Stone Cold. If we all can stick to topic then we will not be talking about Sh**. The whole message board stinks with racist comments. I laugh at people when they try to prove that one is superior over others. People do have to come out of their shells
