I want to see SIVAJI movie, but I am a North Indian guy and not able to understand Tamil. Could any body tell me (who already watched this movie) that do this movie have any English sub title? This going to be a great help.....
I haven't seen movie but with the title "Shivaji - The Boss' The Rajani is paying back to his maratha roots a tribute to Chatrapati Shivaji. And Whole Tamils are celebrating it. Good way national integration .. hats off to Rajni Saar!!

aree..this movie is not a tribute to 'Chatrapati Sivaji', but it is is his original name
Guys , I watched Shivaji in PVR bangalore it was 1st day 1 st show hear . The movie is a real treat for all Rajini fans . Specifically last half an hour is a treat to the core . It is tempting me to watch couple of more times . Let me try my luck ? Go watch it ......
I had seen the movie yesterday night at Albert Theatre, Chennai as a first special show. The film is a biggest family entertainer. First half of the film is fully packed with comedy. Second half fully packed with thalaivars action/style/stunt which runs at bullet train speed; especially when SIVAJI becoms MGR (Mottai Boss).The Song/stunt/ graphics sequences are really excellent & Amazing. Full credit goes to the SIVAJI team. This film surely a Mega Hit and will break all box offices records in Indian cinema without doubt. Long live Rajni Sir| Warm regards to all Rajni fans. I'm writing this review minutes after watching SIVAJI in NY/NJ. Don't want to give away the exact story and spoil the fun. Please go to theatre to watch this movie, it's worth it! --------------------------------------- SIVAJI is a sure SUPER-HIT. Rajini comes in more than 10-20 get-ups. Introduction scene sucks, 1st half is slow but Rajini's comedy is simply hilarious, excellently picturized songs, gorgeous Shreya, superb 2nd half, kick-ace climax and important message.
The movie could be dragging sometimes, you may miss the technical perfection of Shankar, Rajini maynot look young in each scene.... but there are some 20-30 scenes which'll surely entertain us. If the movie becomes a mega-hit,which it will, it's not because of Shankar or Story, but only because of the phenomena, RAJINI. Hats-off to Rajini for boldly trying out things differently in this movie - be that comedy or get-ups or style. I guess, no other actor in kolly/tolly/bolly/tigerwoods could dream of such adulation/demi-god status and satisfy the mass-appeal as he does. Rajini may be 60 , but he is still the 'BOSS' of Indian cinema. ----------------------------------- People who don't like the Rajini-f, please watch last 30 min of Sivaji before forming ur opinion about Rajini. Sivaji climax would tell you why millions of people are crazy about him. Thanks for reading .

Rajni Kicks ass in shivaji and guys do u knw there is one other great movie frm bollywood band called joom barra barrrrrrrrrrr....Stincky movie where the whole bachans pantry car sucks of course northies never care abt tht since they are more worried abt southies success....
Shivaji has weak script. Brings feeling of dejavu. It is too lengthy with 3 hours running time. Hero bashing up very small baddies for lengthy time is also bad. There are no heroic feats in the film actually. The message of unearthing black money and making it white is very simplistic. Many scenes defy the logic.
Shivaji on the whole doesnt meet the expectations. It can be at best an average film. Rajnikants Charisma, Shriyas glamor, post-interval scenes, music and stylized scenes can save it.

yes.. ur rite sambar. we can atleast enjoy watching shakeela movies but no idea how u dunb a.. sambas enjoy by watching another dumb a.. movie

I'm rajini fan and i agree with this. I will not be honest if i say its the best of Rajini's movie. The story and script is weak and nothing new. Looks like Shankar has run out of ideas.
If not for Rajini, this wud have been a failure. Songs are very good, if you watch it separate from the movie bcos thats how it stands out. All the songs were dream sequence.
I was shocked to see the intro song also came as a dream scene.
But you can watch the movie just for the last 10-15 minutes where Rajini comes in never-seen-before getup and all of sudden the speed of the rises from 40mph to 150mph. I wud say this is THE BEST action scene of Rajini for a long time

all they take is Adult movies in mallu, and we know u guys are used to it, if you don't like our thaliver's movie don't watch it ok .. watch some shakila movies...
