Any sensible person who understands atleast 'M' of Music, will feel agitated and ridicule the so called 'talent' in Himesh.He is nothing more than a bathroom singer.His knowledge about Music is extremely hollow and he needs to be grateful to media for making him a 'star' and not the public,barring maybe a few exceptional souls whom we can only pity.Remember there are also people in this world who are huge fans of the most hated personalities,both in the past and present (This is intended for Himesh Fans in particular).It is pity in our country that people like Himesh steal the limelight whereas Genuine heroes and artists are either neglected or ignored.I personally attribute the success of Himesh to the Media and Media alone.

There are many singers / composers / music directors in film line and in non-filmi traditional music who do not have music knowledge. Many of them never studied music and few of them are even illeterate or just literate not to talk about highschool / graduate. Today's talent is judged by selling of film ticket / number of copies of music albums / film cd / audio cassettes/CDs, in this aspect Himesh is currently super hit. Who cares that a song will be forgotten just after 30 or 60 days and songs sung by Lata Mangeshkar / Kishore Kumar even 50 - 40 years back are still remembered - Even these all time great singers can not be considered as highly literate academically or on music point of view. Today only - Jo bikta hai wohi chalta hai - is the criteria of evaluation. Media can not sustain Himesh's popularity for long....if it is not there..... Most of us don't like his voice but still it is selling the most - it the fact....

cummon yatin..atleast we shuld praise him for the success he has got without being a son of a superstar...else just look at the top actors n except few, every1 is related to some1 from film eternity...he's been successful and deserves full credit for that...and as far the singing is concerned...no matter wat...the major chunk of indian people(whether u call them masses or watever) loves him n thats why he is a hit!!!!

music kya hai insan ke sa ra ga ma etc nahi balki jo kano ko accha lage baar baar sunnane ki ikcha kare himesh ka first major hit aashiq banaya bhi asa gana hai .itna easy hota hits dena to sab de dete .therefore he is very successful singer

Vikas Ji, Aisa nahin hai. Sare music composers music banate hain...haaan KHAYYAM sahab, Naushad, burmanda, Kishoreda zaise bane maine vaqt lagta hai. Sahir Ludhianvee sahib ne aise bhee gane deye hain zaise "R A T rat ..rat mane chuha...C A T cat mane billli...re matlab eeska kaho toh kaya hua"....and these were flop. Kaun sa gana kab hit ho gaye aur kaun sa kab floo..esska koi seedha sadha forumula nahin hai aur agar hota toh shayad sare aire gare music composers hit hote. Successfull singer vahi hai zo apne flops hits ko bhoolkar ek quality and consistency se music deta rahe......kyunki kisi ki hit kisi ki flop hotee hai....
Raj Kapoor sahib ki "Mera Naaam Joker" RK Films ki aab tak ki sabse badi flop hai lekin Raj sahib ki vo sabse favourite movie theee...hit hone yaa flop hona toh hamare haath maine heee...

yeah....agree wid u...he is annoying...the best one can do is just ignore his songs....i simply switch off the lousy radio, or put on another lousy channel!
He cud think of an alternative career as a music composer for people suffering from constipation!!jhalak diklaja!! gawd!!
I want my cute Rajini saaaaar on Koffee with karan....Rajini saaaar very style, very nice action, canthrow and light sigaret, can fight with 57 men alone....
